2 Release Features Feature #1- New UI New User Interface for every form including the ribbon controls that are similar to the Microsoft office 2013 look and feel. The new UI makes all features more accessible and simpler to use. The new UI contains a new categorized menu Feature #2 - Centralized alert management From now on all alerts will be in one center screen allowing the user to view multiple alerts from different servers \ databases. Feature #3 Capacity planning A new module allowing the user to follow the growth of his partitions, databases and tables \ indexes over a period of time. The module allow the user to cleverly plan his future storage requirements by predicting the estimated future sizes of tables, indexes, databases and partitions. Feature #4 Performance time related alerts added To allow more flexibility in the alert management, we added multiple performance related alerts that the alert management job knows how to track and report.

3 Major Feature #1- New UI Each form was given a ribbon control allowing maximum visibility, simplicity and a sparkling new look. New main menu including categories and visible icons. New Ribbon controls for all main forms (Some examples provided below). The ribbon control replaces traditional toolbars and menus with tabbed pages. Each page splits into categorized groups that contain various command buttons. Performance Monitor

6 Major Feature #2 - Centralized alert dashboard Features: 1. A centralized location to view all alerts from all managed servers \ managed databases. 2. Multiple options to monitor and handle your alerts: a. Read \ unread. b. Mark as important \ follow up c. Mark as unimportant d. Add comments 3. Filtering options 4. Outlook look and feel for faster user adaptability. 5. Ability to view alerts by categories or by activity type.

8 Major Feature #3 Storage capacity planning Managed Server View Features: 1. Allows the user to view past & current storage status for disk partitions and databases.

9 2. Gives the user the average daily growth for partitions and databases. 3. Allows the user to view the growth on a time line. 4. Allows the user to color by thresholds. 5. Gives future predictions for partitions and database growth. 6. Allows the user to view databases by DATA or by LOG alone. 7. Shows an accumulated chart for selected databases \ partitions. Managed Database View Features: 1. Allows the user to view past & current storage object status for tables and indexes (considers large objects only to allow simplicity) 2. Gives the user the average daily growth for tables and indexes. 3. Allows the user to view the growth on a time line. 4. Allows the user to color by thresholds. 5. Gives future predictions for tables and index sizes. 6. Allows the user to view tables by row count, used storage, reserved storage and unused storage. 7. Shows an accumulated chart for selected databases \ partitions.
