It is given anonymously by someone who was profoundly affected by the Roland s unselfish generosity and insightful mentoring. The recipient must plan on attending Lower Columbia College. Their education focus must be Automotive Technology, the Nursing program or other health related fields. Must have a 2.0 gpa or higher, have a good attendance record and financial hardship.
