1 Boeing Learning Together Instructions This information is for employees at Boeing. Boeing learners are required to gain approval through Learning Together. Please review this program information packet to learn about approved LTP programs through SRP/SPU. The instructions for submitting registration the LTP information appear on page 3. 2 Certification Opportunities! 1) Human Resource Associate (HRA): this program is for non-exempt HR professionals, operations supervisors, or other non-managerial HR-related participants. It s credentialed through Strategic Learning Alliance using AASCB accreditation standards 2) PHR/SPHR: this program is for exempt-level professionals in HR or HR related roles. It is credentialed through HRCI based on ICE standards. 3) Certified Professional Coach (CPC): this certification is provided by WainwrightGlobal/SRP and is credentialed through the Strategic Learning Alliance using AASCB standards. Ideal for supervisors, managers, operations and HR professionals who coach within their professional roles. 4) Certified Professional Negotiator (CPN): this program is for the non-legal negotiator.
