So, as an Isuzu Customer, no matter what help or information you re after, there s a trained Isuzu Care specialist just a call away. The Isuzu Care Centre is the personal dimension of Isuzu s commitment. The most predictable and cost-efficient way to keep your truck reliably on the road, with factory specified services, at any Isuzu Dealership, using genuine Isuzu parts and labour. Roadside assist. Like having a top truck mechanic riding along with you in your passenger seat. (Not that we expect he ll have much to do.) A choice of service agreements. Most companies have one, maybe two. We offer you four. From Scheduled Services cover through to brakes & clutch replacement, all the way to an engine rebuild. Care accreditation. We audit our dealers, as accreditation has to be earned. This ensures you always get great, customer-focused service. Extended care. We re so confident in the trucks we build, we stand behind them for three years with our factory warranty and real truck roadside assist. Put simply, it matches the right Isuzu to your needs, after analysing all the various inputs of your application. ISIS lets you determine whether dimensions and loaded mass placement will be legal for your area. Electronically simulates how each truck will function, including weight distribution, power and other vital performance factors like gradeability and speeds in gears. Isis allows you to compare ownership cost options over a specified period. And even helps avoid body placement problems, as it becomes a blueprint for the body builders. So with Isuzu Care and ISIS, you don t just get the one. You get your one.

With maybe not much to do, given Isuzu s renowned reputation for reliability. But, of course, things can happen. Isuzu Assist is serviced by our comprehensive network of Isuzu Dealers together with truck specialists right across the country, solving all sorts of problems, from breakdowns to flat tyres.
