7 Remember: if you e-sign per agency policy, you can no longer EDIT. But you can Copy and re-do a new assignment. The last dated assignment is always the most current.

24 Custom Tab Documentation Use the Custom Tab no need to copy last visit Lock/e-Sign per agency policy for Activities. Documentation on the Vitals Tab is always locked with the e-signature.
