1 Let's Begin: Log In and Set Up Security Questions To start, you can log in from the ProMailSource home page. Sending an Encrypted/Unencrypted Message Every message you send through ProMailSource is automatically encrypted. There are three ways or circumstances in which you can send an unencrypted/plain . ProMailSource users: If the you re sending is going to another ProMailSource user, encryption is automatically deactivated. * The Safe List: If you've added certain recipients (like friends and family) to your Safe List, they will automatically receive plain messages from you. * Or you can log in by going to the correct URL for your webmail access: Your URL to Log-in webmail.promailsource.com healthways.promailsource.com Enter your Username and Password. We strongly advise you to set your password retrieval question and answer. Just go to Options > Preferences > Change Password. Here, you can create your question and answer, and change your password. Add Your Signature Go to Options > Preferences, click on Edit Signature(s). When you're done, click Save Signature Settings, Close, and then click Save, next to "Options" at the top of the window. The Lock Icon: To send an unencrypted message in any other circumstance, simply click the Lock Icon beside the Send button. When the icon appears as an open lock, this means the message is no longer encrypted. *To encrypt the message, click the Lock Icon beside the Send button. Create Additional ProMailSource Accounts: When you purchase more than one ProMailSource account, the first one automatically generated is your Admin account. You will be able to create and manage all additional accounts from this one. Go to your login page, click on Account Administration/Billing, and enter your ID and Password. Next, click on the Account Management tab and enter the ID you want to create, along with a Password, the specified Disk Quota, and be sure to set the Account Status to enabled. All accounts you create will be listed in this window. Added users should change their password after logging in.

2 A Glance at Our Basic Features 1 Compose a plain . All you have to do is click on the Lock Icon to unlock the message. 2 Compose automatically encrypted s. You can even opt to Validate recipients, which requires them to Manage your settings. This drop-down will lead you to Preferences, Additional Accounts, Spam, Folders, Labels, Hints, and Mobile. 3 retrieve a 6-digit code from you. Find anything you need. Type your query into Quick Search to find stuff fast. 4 5 Make a date. And rest assured that the info in your Calendar is secure. You can even share it safely with other users. Contacts are easy to find. You can locate them alphabetically or by assigned groups. 6 1) Encrypted messaging: Click Compose > type ID in To field > type Message > click Send. 2) Plain messaging: Click Compose > type ID in To field > right-click on ID > select Unlock Recipient > type Message > click Send. 3) Options: Click Options > access Preferences, Additional Accounts, Spam, Folders, Labels, Hints, and Mobile View 4) Inbox Search: Type your query and hit the enter key. 5) Calendar: Click Calendar > set view to Day, Week, Month, or Year > double-click on desired Date/Time > create New Event 6) Contacts: Click Contacts > search names Alphabetically or by Group

3 How Recipients Open Encrypted Mail When you send an encrypted message, the recipient will receive an notification. When your recipient clicks the "View Encrypted Message link, the web browser opens a new window containing the following: Password: The recipient creates his/her own password and enters it twice. This password will be used hereafter. How Patients Reply with Secure A non-promailsource user can also send back secure s. Whoever receives a secure message from you can reply directly from the viewing window by clicking Secure Reply. Import from Another Account You can easily migrate your existing inbox to your ProMailSource account, so that all of your s are accessible in one place. Password Hint: A hint to help the recipient remember for future use. Security Phrase: This will help the recipient identify whether the message is genuine or fraudulent in future correspondence. Expire a Message If you've accidentally ed the wrong recipient, you can easily Force Expire the message. As long as the message is encrypted and the recipient hasn't seen it yet, the message will not be viewable. Go to Options > Preferences. Click on the Extras tab and, next to Import Mail, click Configure. Enter the Remote Host, including the server, port number, Username, Password, specify the *Retrieval type, and click Fetch Now. Server/port number of a few major providers: Go to Account Settings on the login page > enter your Username and Password > click on Vault on the left hand side of the screen > go to the Message you want to expire > click Delete. Gmail server/port number: imap.gmail.com/993 Yahoo server/port number: pop.mail.yahoo.com/995 Hotmail server/port number: pop3.live.com/995 GoDaddy server/port number: imap.secureserver.net/993 *Retrieval type can be IMAP or POP depending on which one your current host supports and if you ve enabled it in your account settings.

4 Forwarding From Your Existing Application To forward from your existing application, you must adjust your settings within that account. Each provider differs slightly. Here are the instructions from three major web hosted applications: Configure Your Existing Application If you want to continue using your existing application, such as MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, and Apple Mail, ProMailSource is compatible with all of these, and more. Gmail.com Click the gear in the top right. Select Settings. Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. Click Add a forwarding address in Forwarding section. Enter forwarding address. Open this account for confirmation message and click verification link. Reload your Gmail account. On the Forwarding and POP/IMAP page, check that Forward a copy of incoming mail is selected and your address is in the drop-down menu. In second drop-down menu, select delete Gmail s copy. Click Save Changes. Yahoo.com Click the gear in the top right. Select Settings > Accounts in the left pane. Click Edit beside "Yahoo account." Select Forward. Enter forwarding address and select Forward only, then click Save. GoDaddy.com Click under the Products tab > Launch. The Control Center page will open. (If a pop-up message appears, click "View All" to continue.) Click + next to the plan name, then click the address you want to forward. The Edit Mailbox window will open. Select the Advanced tab and enter the forwarding address in the Send CC To field. Click OK to save the settings. Next, set the Auto Purge feature for both your Inbox and Trash folders by simply right clicking on the folder, selecting the frequency, and clicking OK. To integrate them, go to File> Account > Add Account > select Pop or IMAP. Fill in the fields to reflect: Incoming mail server (IMAP): mail.promailsource.com Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.promailsource.com Username: address Password: enter password Check the box Outgoing/User Authentication and click Create. Depending on the application, you may need to go to More Settings > Outgoing Server. Again, check Requires Authentication > Use Same Settings. Then go to Advanced, change Incoming Server to 995, and select SSL. Also change Outgoing Server to 465, and select SSL. If you need more help, please visit our Support pages.

5 Share a Folder You can conveniently share any folder with any ProMailSource user. First, create the folder: In the top right corner, click on Options > Folders. Enter the folder name in the Create New Folder field. Specify its parent folder under More Folders and click Create. Share Your Calendar Sharing your calendar with another ProMailSource user is just as easy. At the bottom of your left hand navigation, click on Calendar, then click on Configure. To create a calendar, enter its name in the Create New Calendar field. Next, share the folder: Click Configure Shared Folders at the bottom of this window. Select a Folder to Share from the dropdown; enter the ProMailSource user s ID in the Share with User field. Choose "read only" or "full access" permissions and click Add Address. Under "Calendar," "Actions," click on Sharing. Select a Calendar to Share from the dropdown; enter the user's ID in the Share with User field. Choose "free/busy," "read access," or "write access" permissions and click Add Address. The other user will now have this shared folder automatically added to the left hand navigation of his/her user interface. Users already sharing this folder are also listed here. You can change their permissions at any time or remove them by clicking Remove. Once shared, the other user will have this calendar automatically added to their "Your Calendars" section. Users you ve already shared this Calendar with are also listed here. You can change their permissions at any time or remove them by clicking Remove.

6 Set up ProMailSource on iphone or ipad On your mobile device, go to Settings > Mail > Add Account. From here, tap Other > Add Mail Account. Enter your Name, Address, and Password into the appropriate fields and tap Next. Choose IMAP at top of screen, then make sure your settings are as follows for both INCOMING and OUTGOING MAIL SERVER : Host name: mail.promailsource.com Username: your ProMailSource address Password: your ProMailSource password Set up ProMailSource on Andriod On your device, go to Settings > Accounts > Add (+). Select Mail and enter your Address and Password. Tap Next. This will take you to the Incoming Settings, where the next few fields should be as follows: Address: your ProMailSource address Username: your ProMailSource address Password: your ProMailSource password Make sure POP server shows mail.promailsource.com. Set Security type to SSL and Server port to 995. Tap Next. Tap Next. Once it finishes Verifying tap Save. Under ACCOUNTS, select Promailsource > continue to Account. This will take you to the Outgoing Server Settings, where the next few fields should be as follows: Outgoing Server Settings: Tap SMTP > mail.promailsource.com under Primary Server. Make sure SSL is turned on and Server Port is on 465. Tap Done. Go back to Account. Incoming Server Settings: Tap Advanced. Make sure SSL is turned on and Server Port is on 993. Go back to Account. Tap Done. Username: your ProMailSource address Password: your ProMailSource password The SMTP server must show mail.promailsoure.com. Set Security type to SSL and Server port to 465. Tap Next. Enter Account Name of your choice. Tap Finish Setup.
