1 VENTURA COUNTY SCHOOLS BUSINESS SERVICES AUTHORITY SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF SCHOOL BUSINESS SERVICES This supplemental questionnaire has been designed to provide you the opportunity to apply your knowledge, skills and abilities to specific situations. Please provide complete, but concise answers for each of the questions. This supplemental questionnaire must be submitted along with your complete employment application packet. As you complete the questionnaire, be aware that you are competing in the first phase of the application process. It is your responsibility to assure that all information you deem important to your candidacy is included with your application and this questionnaire. Incomplete, illegible or vague responses may disqualify your application. It is strongly recommended that this supplemental application be typed. Please be aware that a panel of experts in the field will be reviewing your completed supplemental questionnaire. This evaluation will be based on the technical information, background, training, experience, evidence of creative thought, soundness of reasoning, and understanding of the field evidenced by your answers, as well as the ability to provide clear, concise, orderly responses demonstrating correct English usage.
