In order to implement improvements in its Customer service and support the work of its Account Executives, Banco Santander has incorporated supplementary channels into its service model, including the following: Internet: We have the best Electronic Banking, with a 24-hour service through our sites santander.cl and officebanking.cl In Office banking, Electronic Banking for Companies, where you will be able to do the following: Make on-line payments using the Santander pay button on the Web pages of the Chilean Internal Revenue Service, TGR, Previred and others. Company VOX (600) : A team of Specialist Executives available to our Customers, where the user can obtain information about the full range of financial products and services that we have available for them. / 4 Unit or Mass on-line transfers of salaries and/or suppliers, to accounts of Banco Santander and other banks. Buy and sell US dollars, which can be done on-line picking up the currency in the branch designated by the Customer. 11 1 7 Current Account Plan Banco Santander has designed a Comprehensive Plan that seeks to meet the needs of its Customers, and which is made up of a range of commercial products and transactional services with the best electronic banking platform for Companies - Office Banking. Commercial products: Checking Account Plan (maximum of 3, with up to 2 in local currency and 1 in a foreign currency - US dollar or Euro). Automatic Credit Lines (maximum of 2: one in Chilean Pesos and one in foreign currency such as Euro or US Dollar). Credit Cards (maximum of 2, with 1 being Cocha and/or 1 Treasury, or 2 Cocha). Office Banking. Fraud Insurance + Blocking + Advisory Services. Payment of Suppliers (associated with a commission according to the transactional contract rates). Payroll Payments (fees may vary according to the cash management contract rates). Benefits plan (optional): Partner plan (maximum of 3, which may be contracted by the partners of the Company). / 9

12 1 8 Payment and Collection Service It makes managing the Company simpler by taking charge of all of the collections and payments, while also providing updated information at all times. Collection services: Collection by bank tellers. We make the largest network of branches in the country available to your Company to collect the installments paid by your Customers', receiving the payment coupon in the bank's tills. These funds are credited directly to your Company's Current Account, expediting orderly flows of the money received. Electronic PAC - Banco Santander and other banks. This service consists of the electronic receipt of sales or services offered to its Customers by the Company, such as school fees, installments and donations. Collection. This service allows your Company to delegate management of the collection of its notes, such as drafts, promissory notes and invoices, reducing the amount of bad debts and improving the delinquency indexes of your accounts receivable portfolio. On-line Payment. Electronic collection service, which allows a company's customers, who, in turn, are Customers of the Bank, to pay their obligations via the Internet charging them directly to their Current Accounts and/or Demand Accounts. 13 8 Payment and Collection Service Payment services: Payment of Suppliers. It allows payment of the suppliers to be delegated to the Bank, simplifying the company's administrative tasks, since it sends orders for payment that may be made on line or scheduled via Office Banking. Payment of Salaries. It allows the staff salaries to be paid via Office Banking on line or on the date stipulated by the Company, with different methods of payment available. Payment of taxes It allows the Company to pay its tax obligations on line, via Social Security Payments. It allows the Company to make any pension fund and health insurance payments of its employees. / 11

14 9 Financing. State Guarantees. State Guarantees are aimed at legal entities and individuals who have a line of business that needs financing of their Working Capital, Investments in Fixed Assets and Re-financing, for Companies that do not have sufficient guarantees to opt for financing under normal terms and conditions. Leasing. Commercial credit in local and foreign currencies. It enables their Working Capital expenses, such as purchasing goods and paying suppliers, or also minor investments, such as machinery repairs, to be financed. We have alternatives available that will allow you to manage your cash flows during that time and give continuity to your business operations. Leasing is a financial instrument that allows you to have available the necessary assets to increase your competitiveness and carry out your business or professional activity, while enjoying the maximum tax and financial advantages. Factoring. Through this service, you can anticipate paying your bills and access to quick financing. Your company will improve its financial ratios by selling accounts receivable and payment of liabilities, obtaining liquidity in an agile way. / 12

As a way of supporting management of your Company, our Bank will assign you a professional International Business Executive highly trained in foreign trade, who will support you with specific solutions according to your needs. Products for import: Import Order of Payment. International means of payment, whereby a Chilean company pays for an import by means of a remittance abroad. Import Collection. This alternative allows the Company to access imports under collection at deadlines agreed to with its suppliers. Cash Financing. Your Company can pay for an import in cash, with financing from Banco Santander. Import Letter of Credit. This is the most secure means of payment in foreign trade, since it stipulates the commercial terms and conditions (amount, goods, shipping deadlines, payment deadlines, etc.) between the buyer and the seller. / 13

16 10 International Business. Products for export: Export Collection. We manage collection of your exports through a correspondent bank. The Company maintains control over the documents supporting the export. Advanced Loans to Exporters (PAF). Credits in foreign currency or local currency (CLP$ or US$) granted by Banco Santander to its exporting Customers in order to finance shipments. Export Letter of Credit. Document issued by a bank abroad (Issuing Bank), whereby it promises to pay the exporter (Beneficiary) in Chile a given amount of money, if the conditions stipulated in that document are met. Export Repatriation Proceeds. Banco Santander has an automatic system for crediting all of the export repatriation proceeds received to the foreign currency Current Account. / 14

17 11 Other International Business Products. Domestic or Local Letter of Credit. Instrument issued by Santander (Issuing Bank) on behalf of one of its Customers (Orderer), which allows an individual or a legal entity (Beneficiary) to draw a given amount of money against Santander (Issuing Bank), always provided the terms and conditions stipulated and required in it are met. Issue of a Stand-By Letter of Credit. International Guarantee, which may used to: Guarantee the obtaining of financing in international markets. Issue performance bonds abroad. Current Account in a Foreign Currency. It has unique market characteristics that will allow you to buy US dollars on line, make electronic transfers on line, visualize checks, deposits and have an automatic overdraft facility. / 15

18 12 Financial Products. Banco Santander offers Companies investment products and foreign currency through its Financial Products Desk. To that end, it has Specialist Operators assigned to each company, who will offer them the products that are most suited to their needs. The products we have available for your Company include the following: Investment: Mutual funds. A Mutual Fund is equity made up of contributions by individuals and legal entities for investing in publicly traded securities and goods allowed by the law, which is managed by a corporation on behalf and at the risk of those participating in the fund. These may be short, long or medium-term Structured Capitalization Instruments, with levels of risk as preferred by the customer. Time Deposits. A Time Deposit is an investment or amount of money given to a financial institution for the purpose of achieving a return on it at a stipulated rate and for a stipulated period. These may be fixed-term or renewable. Their minimum term in Chilean pesos is 7 days and their maximum 365 days. If in UF (Chilean inflation index-linked units of account), the minimum term is 90 days and the maximum 365 days. / 16

19 12 Financial Products. Exchange Market: Purchase and Sale of Foreign Currencies. In order to support all of the operations stemming from the exports and/or imports made by your company, we buy and sell the most representative Foreign Currencies in foreign trade, including Euros, US dollars, pounds sterling and Chilean pesos. Traditional Forward. A Traditional Forward is an exchange rate hedging product aimed at Exporters and Importers, which allows them to be protected against future fluctuations in the exchange rate. American Forward. A Product for Exporters and Importers, which allows them to ensure a US dollar exchange rate at a future date and a predetermined amount of US dollars. In contrast to a Traditional Forward, the Customer may use the amounts in dollars in advance when he needs to, and he may do so as often as he requires during the life of the contract, at the price stipulated in it, until the amount covenanted has been consumed. Exchange Rate Options. A hedging product aimed at Exporters and Importers, which, by paying an initial premium, allows them to set a minimum and/or maximum level for the exchange rate they require. Its term is from 60 to 360 days, with a minimum amount to be hedged of USD10,000. / 17
