Vendors shall provide repair services to equipment located in teaching, research and other labs at its main campus in Storrs, branch campuses and Health Center in Farmington. This shall include requests on a case-by-case basis, emergency services and preventive maintenance services. The vendors shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance of maintenance and repair services. B. The Terms and Conditions stated in the Bid Documents shall prevail unless amended in writing by the University. Terms of this contract shall prevail on all purchases. C. Services shall be scheduled directly by the end-users. Purchase orders may be issued for annual services or on a case-by-case basis. D. Pricing shall be in accordance with the Contract Price Schedule attached. E.
