3 This module allows the supervisor to assign and unassign any team member to act as a supervisor when needed.

4 To access this module select the Manage staff button on the user dashboard.

5 This will give you a list of all staff assigned to the team and what their current permission is on the team. Once you know which item you want to alter click select.

6 Administrators have a screen where they can do these actions as well. Select activates that staff and allows user to adjust permissions or delete user from the team if needed. When finished click save.

7 Once saved you should be able to see the adjustment in the grid

8 This module allows supervisors and monitors acting as supervisors to assign programs to a monitor.

9 In order to assign programs you must first select the contract assignment button.

10 Next select the team you want to make assignments for. NOTE: PMM allows a person to be assigned to more then one team when necessary.

11 All programs waiting to be assigned will be listed at the bottom of the screen. Items proceeded with an asterisk * are programs that have been grouped.

12 PMM has been equipped to allow HQ staff to group together entities that are typically monitored as a single entity. SMA IIs and supervisors will have to assist to determine what programs should be grouped and which should be monitored independently. A good rule of thumb is if QI monitors it as a single entity.

13 Contract # R 2069 covers three programs that are all located on the same property. They have three different program tracks but basically offer the same overall services to the youth in these programs. QI monitors it as an individual entity. We grouped it to be called: Circuit 19 - G4S - OYDC/OYCC programs Okeechobee Y D C Low/High Risk Transition Okeechobee Youth Development Center Okeechobee Youth Correctional Center NOTE: Okeechobee Intensive Halfway House is also a part of this contract, but QI monitors it separately so we left it out of the group, which allows it to monitored as its own entity separate from these programs.

14 Contract P 2121 has 10 AMI Kids programs covered in it. These programs cover multiple circuits throughout the South region. QI monitors each location individually so we grouped each location into one monitoring entity. 16 Grouping was designed to eliminate the need for duplication in Monitoring. It was added to PMM as a time saving feature for the Monitoring team members.
