Transcription

1 DETAILED REPORT LIST Track which users, when and for how long they used an application on Remote Desktop Services (formerly Terminal Services) and Citrix XenApp (known as Citrix Presentation Server). These reports provide an at-a-glance overview of all the key application usage metrics for your server or farm.

2 User Reports Time on System Daily Activity Analyze the time spent in each session state (active, idle, remote, disconnected) for a user or group of users during a selected day. Monthly Activity Check total time spent on system for a user or group of users during a selected time range. Detailed Reports User Activity Timeline This report shows log entries for a specific user during a selected day check activities per session name (idle time, user s session reactivation, log-off time). Session Log This report shows a detailed session log for a selected user shows session start and end, total time on system in a specific session state (active/idle) and a session name. Individual Gantt Charts Daily Activity (Gantt) Gantt charts help you visualize activities during a working day for a specific user track his session states through hours and view logon/logof time. Daily Activity (Gantt by Session) In farm environments Gantt charts summarize activities across all servers and display a unique chart for each user. Session Count Daily Monitor total number of active, idle or disconnected sessions during one selected working day. Monthly Monitor total number of active, idle or disconnected sessions in a selected time range. Summary Reports User Count per Day Shows the number of unique users who were connecting to a server in a selected time span. Monitor the overall usage of your Remote Desktop Services farm and servers. User Activity by State Displays overall user activities divided by different states (Active, Idle, Disconnected, and Remote Control). Most Active Users by State Displays the most active users by activity state. Report contains a chart and details about time spent on system per user in a data grid. Session Log Summary Visualize users activities over the course of one day: first logon and last logoff time, total time connected and information about time spent in different session states (active, idle). Resource Cost Overview Calculates payrolls for employees that have defined hourly wage.

3 User Reports Network Traffic Reports IP Addresses and Client Names Shows a full list of connected IP addresses and Client names into a single view. Network Traffic by User Track bandwidth usage for each user and use it for overall monitoring of user activities. Network Traffic by Date Track bandwidth usage over a given time span. Network Traffic by Server Track bandwidth usage by server and use it for server and network capacity planning. Network Traffic Details This report shows detailed network traffic details over a selected time range filters allow you to choose servers, users and organizational units you wish to monitor. Groups and OUs User Activity by Group This report shows a graph of users activities by group and a detailed list that shows time spent on system by all users in each group you are monitoring. User Activity by Organizational Unit This reports shows time spent on system by each user in organizational units you are monitoring. Concurrent Usage Reports Concurrent Users per Day This report shows maximum and average number of concurrent sessions through a selected time range. Concurrent Users per Hour Check maximum, minimum and average number of concurrent sessions during a selected day. Concurrent Users per Hour-Details Monitor concurrent sessions during a selected date and a specific hour check which users were connected, for how long and in which session state. Display Reports Color Depths Use Shows a list of used color depths per user check who might have a problem with overall remote desktop experience. Screen Resolution Use This chart shows a screen resolution usage percentage and a list of users who use a specific resolution. Client Versions This report shows who is using which Client version (shows build numbers) and helps you detect who is using older versions that can cause connectivity problems.

4 Application Reports Summary Reports Application Instances Most Used Applications This report allows you to check most frequently used applications for a specified user, server or time period. Users per Application Track number of users who are using installed application over a selected period. Application Usage Summary Summarizes data about application usage on a Remote Desktop server. Includes information about the number of application instances and the total time users spent using a particular app. Application Usage History History shows application usage by user and different states in a log format. User Application Timeline Track which user used specific application check total time spent using, when they started and ended using it. Concurrent Application Usage Total per Day Check total number of application instances and number of instances per user during a selected period. Total per Hour Check number of application instances per hour. Details Check how many instances of an application a user is running, especially when you are trying to determine which applications and users are using most resources on your server. Concurrent Apps by User Per Day Check the number of concurrent application instances per selected day view number of instances per user. Per Hour View number of concurrent application instances per user during each hour over the course of one day. Per Day Check the number of concurrent application instances per selected day view number of instances per application. Per Hour View number of concurrent application instances per each hour during a day.

5 License Reports Application License Reports Office License Reports License Compliance This report shows you a number of available licenses per application along with information about consumed and remaining licenses. Check unused or overused software licenses. License Details Allows you to easily determine the number of application licenses that were consumed. Office License Compliance This report detects all Microsoft Office products on your server and give information about the usage of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc.). Office License Details Displays a list of users that consumed a particular license. Suite License Compliance This report shows you number of available licenses per application suite along with information about consumed and remaining licenses. Suite License Details Displays a list of users that consumed a particular license. Client License Reports Client License Compliance Track the number of licenses used per Device or per User easily monitor the number of used Remote Desktop CALs and Citrix licenses across the entire server farm. Client License Details Displays a list of users that consumed a particular license.

6 Security Log Reports File System Audit Reports File Access Audit Log This report gives information about user activities performed on the file system. It shows all read, write, append and delete operations performed on selected files and folders. File Access Audit This report gives information about audit operation types on the file system. It shows the number of read, write, append and delete operations on selected files and folders. Logon Audit Reports Logon Audit This report gives information about each logon on to the server and each unsuccessful login attempt easily track successful failed logon events. Blocked IP Addresses Blocked IP Addresses Terminal Services Log detects potentially malicious IP addresses this report shows the list of blocked IP addresses via Windows firewall rules.

7 Performance Reports Monitor performance and the usage of your servers, including CPU, memory, network and disks. The reports are easy to use and configure. Computer Performance Application Performance Dashboard Overview CPU Memory Disk The Live Dashboard displays data about the status of core system resources, such as CPU, Memory usage, Disk performance and Network utilization. It also displays real-time User and Process counts for all servers. This report gives more detailed information for the selected server. Values and charts in the Overview report are updated every 15 seconds. This report displays detailed CPU utilization statistics for the selected Date Range and Server(s). This report displays detailed Memory usage statistics for the selected Date Range and Server(s). This report displays detailed Disk performance statistics for the selected Date Range, Server(s), Disk(s), and Disk Counter(s). Network This report displays detailed Network performance statistics for the selected Date Range, Server(s), Network Adapter(s), and Network Counter(s). Real Time This report displays the performance values of the processes running on all the servers in your environment, such as CPU, Memory, IO Reads, and IO Writes. The performance values for processes are updated every 15 seconds and are grouped by Server. History This report displays detailed performance statistics for the processes running on all the servers in your environment, such as CPU, Memory, IO Reads, and IO Writes, for the selected Date Range, Server(s), and Application(s). User Performance Real Time This report displays the performance values of the processes running on all the servers in your environment, such as CPU, Memory, IO Reads, and IO Writes, according to the connected users. The performance values for processes are updated every 15 seconds and are grouped by User and Server. History This report displays detailed performance statistics for the processes running on all the servers in your environment, such as CPU, Memory, IO Reads, and IO Writes, for the selected Date Range, Server(s), User(s), and Application(s).

8 Gateway Reports Measure, track, and monitor connections to your servers made via Remote Desktop Gateway. Current Connections Displays the current user connections to the computer made via RD Gateway. Connection Log Displays a detailed connection log for a selected user shows start, end and total times for the connections made via RD Gateway in a specific session state. Connection Log Summary Displays users activities over the course of one day: first logon, and last logoff time, total time connected via RD Gateway and time spent in different session states. Client IP Addresses and Targets Displays a full list of client IP addresses connected via RD Gateway and target computers.

9 Inventory Inventory Asset Management scans and identifies the hardware and software inventory for servers and provides you with inventory reports on Hard Disks, Network Adapters, CPUs and Printers. All reports can be exported to PDF or Excel, ed to other members of your team or saved as views for future reporting. Hard Drives This report shows disk space usage for every server in your farm identify servers low on space. Network Adapters View all network adapters on your system easily understand where each server is connected, how many NIC s exist in the server and get a central overview of all NIC s installed on your servers. Processors View detailed configuration of each server CPU, model, number of processors and the amount of memory installed. Programs View a full list of installed programs along with information about install date and location, help location, version and publisher. Printers Check all printers in your server environment. Services on Server View all services that are running on your local and remote computers.
