4 Residential Communities Initiative APG IDP - End State Inventory = 372 Homes New Homes Started Vertical Construction for 210 New Homes 1 st Delivery in February 2011 Historic Renovations 20% (19/92) completed by the end of 2011 Major Renovations 65 Combo Renovations scheduled for 2013 Deferred Maintenance Over 50% of occupied homes has received a First Turn 10 playgrounds renovated (some also relocated) Demolitions 5% (34/775) completed demolitions Program has Generated over $8 Million reinvested into the project by renting surplus homes to DOD/Civilians Program has completed more than 10,000 work orders (Since December 2009) Program has increased occupancy from 362 occupied homes to 538 occupied homes Small business opportunities in Property Management, Construction and Development providing direct benefit to local communities 70% local contractors, approximately $17 million in contracts executed in 2011
