2 Ecomission 21st Century 4 EDAD / AGE 1830 DESCRIPCIÓN FIN/ ENDING I am pleased to inform you that Ecomission 21st Century association in Lovech, Bulgaria announces four available EVS positions within the project Live GREEN". The main project aim Incorporate the children and young people to communicate with nature and promoting responsible attitudes to environmental issues through the nonformaleducation. Enriching their minds to different cultures, ideas and ways of thinking, and best practices from other European countries in terms of nature and volunteering. The project will be implemented in the town of Lovech, Bulgaria. EVS volunteers will help Ecomission team in daily administrative activities, organizing kids hikes and camps, orientation in nature and Treasure Hunt by using in ecoclassroom outdours, developing newyouth initiatives with their fresh ideas. 3 DESCRIPCIÓN Hello! The Foundation Centre for Creative Activity is looking for a volunteers for our approved EVS project in two EVS terms: The activity will host 8 volunteers from: (Portugal,Belarus,Georgia, Spain, Italy, Ukraine) Volunteers tasks: 1. Promotion of EVS and Youth in Action Programme through writing articles, taking photos and contact with the local community through various projects and programmes. Leading presentation in the schools/kindergardens. 2. Leading language club 3. Organisation of creative workshops for children in Foundation office: learning foreign languages of volunteers through games, songs, dance, art. Etc. 4.Organisation of promotional campains: European Volunteer s Day, Human Rights Day 5. Leading and organizing leader camp for youngsters, Practical information We will provide the following facilities and logistics: Accommodation: Volunteer will live with others volunteers in the Center of Leszno in a House (Mała Kościańska 4, Leszno) Office equipments: desks, computers, Wireless internet, Telephone, polish mobile number (office is located 2 min walk from the house and the town square) Training courses: we offer a lot of possibilities to participate in special workshops and training Polish language course Personal support mentor, coordinator of work, coordinator of project. Pocket money The volunteer will receive monthly pocket money on 85euros Food allowances The volunteer will receive monthly food allowance 95 euros Sending Costs: 360 euro long term / 120 euro short term Profile of the EVS volunteers Speak good English. There can be communication problem if the volunteer doesn t speak English well. This is the most important criterion

4 and your English language capabilities might be checked if you are preselected to do EVS in Leszno. German speaking volunteer is more then welcome. Be enthusiastic and motivated. A long term EVS project needs motivated volunteers. Please show us in your application why you want to join the project and our oragnisation. Want to share his/her knowledge. Be proactive. We expect the volunteer to work with us to come up with clear goals and expectations and make the most from his/her time in the EVS. That also means personal involvement in improving own EVS program. Like the multimedia. Because those positions involves working with videos, photos and graphic design and other publications, it will be helpful if the volunteers like to work on multimedia. Like to moving. As those project you will meet different kids, youth and people you have to be ready for moving from one place to another. Be able to find a sending organization or be member of one. It is important for the project that there is respected sending organization which prepares you to join this EVS project. They will provide you with a predeparture training. ROMANIA EDAD / AGE 1830 DESCRIPCIÓN Arad, Romanía Asociatia Educatio Project title: EUREKA Duration of the stage: 10 months Place: Arad / Romania Some of the activities of the project will be: Facilitating outdoor activities with the involvement of children that are in the care of the state (orphans/abandoned children) Street dance/break dance workshops; Street animation workshops; Forumtheater workshops trashart workshops; Local campaign for promoting the inclusion of orphans/abandoned children and campaign for combating the child abandonment. Organizing public events such as living library and photo voice. Creating a website for promoting: local volunteering in favor of social inclusion of orphans/abandoned children, good practice and nonformal methods/instruments of orphans/abandoned children inclusion. Foreign language interactive courses for orphans/abandoned children and for other categories of minors that have difficulties (native languages of the EVS volunteers) The volunteers will perform the tasks divided in mixed teams (3 EVS volunteers in each team) guided by local youth workers from the hosting organization. FIN/ ENDING The volunteers will have the support of a mentor during the voluntary stage. Volunteers will be provided with accommodation, food and travel reimbursement (90% of travel costs), within rules of action 2 of Youth in Action Program. 01/04/ /02/2015

6 4. RUMANIA Romania EDAD / AGE 1830 DESCRIPCIÓN S.E.G.M.E.N.T. Project SEV for a smile will offer the possibility for the volunteers to develop their abilities in the following fields The EVS project will offer the possibility for the volunteers to develop their abilities in the following fields: project management, nonformal education, multimedia, working with disadvantaged youth, time management. They will benefit from trainings about the methods that we currently use: football for social integration, photovideo education, cultural events and urban interventions. They will have access to a photovideo studio and we will offer them technical and informational support. FIN/ ENDING Our association projects include various activities such as football, photography, video making, urban interventions, international projects (youth exchanges, seminars, training courses), Internet blogging, cultural and social events etc. Our volunteers are directly involved in all parts of a project, from conception to its implementation, from promotion to the evaluation and feedback. More specifically, regarding the projects dedicated to football, the volunteer may be the player, coach or organizer of some public event, he can be person responsible for communications or to evaluate and make final report on the event. Also, he can be a photographer, PR assistant or social media expert. In the case of sociocultural events, which are public events, opened to various kinds of people, the volunteers may be involved in direct interaction with the public. Regarding the training projects, the volunteer can be the main trainer or a cotrainer, the organiser or the adiministrative responsible person

7 5. ESLOVAQUIA Velky Meder, Eslovaquia Velky Meder 1 EDAD / AGE 1830 Hi! DESCRIPCIÓN We are youth organization in Velky Meder South of Slovakia searching for long term (1012 month) EVS volunteer. Our main target group is children and youngsters between 1024 years. In this center we are organizing different activities in the afternoons and also during weekend days. Rapatac follows The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The child has the right to participate in leisure, cultural and artistic activities. The child should be fully prepared to live an individual life in society and brought up in the Charter of the United Nations. The project activity will start 01.October.2013 will finish 01.April It will be 6 mounth and long term EVS. UCRANIA EDAD / AGE 1830 DESCRIPCIÓN Donetsk, Ukraine Donetsk Youth Debate Centre Call for EVS volunteers Bring European awareness to Ukraine ( bringeuropeanawarenesstoukraine/?lang=en) We are looking for volunteers from European Union for longterm EVS project from February The main aim of the project is to give a possibility to local youngsters and children and EVS volunteers as well to exchange their experience, to break stereotypes, to experience similarities and differences between different European countries and to understand what European Union means for them. Volunteers tasks will be: to organize nonformal activities for youngsters to conduct speaking club in English or in native language of volunteer promotion of Youth in Action Program and EVS in particular development of his/her own project by volunteer help in everyday work of DYDC Activities can vary according to the interests, skills and talents of Volunteer and needs of local community.
