Components such as Flight Controls, Seats, Instrument Consoles, and Display Systems, etc can be mounted to the foundation POD using an array of mountings points located on the deck surface, under and on the sides of the POD. This base unit stick can be configured with either an Bell 206, OH58 or H60 style control heads. Unit includes a USB/HID compliant interface and can be mounted to a collective mounting plate provided on the Optional Open Cockpit FasTrac, directly to the rear section of the left console or on a mounting plate included on the generic helicopter seat option. Single Position Bell 206B/OH58 Helicopter Collective With Twist Throttle A Bell 206B style collective control. This unit is configured with the Bell 206B style control head. Unit includes a USB/HID compliant interface and can be mounted to a collective mounting plate provided on the optional Open Cockpit FasTrac POD, directly to the rear section of the left console or on a mounting plate included on the generic helicopter seat option. Dual Position Bell 206B/OH58 Helicopter Collective With Twist Throttle A Bell 206B style DUAL collective control for Pilot and Co-Pilot operation. This unit is configured with a Pilot side Bell 206B style control head and tactical co-pilot lever similar to the actual aircraft.. Unit includes a USB/HID compliant interface and can be mounted to the deck surface of the Bell 206 Cockpit enclosure behind the pilot and co-pilot seats with places the levers in the proper operational position (pilot between the two seats and co-pilot on the left (co-pilot seat side). FC-HS-004-CY Single Position Helicopter Cyclic Includes the Bell 206B style control head with PTT trigger and trim button. Unit includes a USB/HID compliant interface and can be mounted below the seat in the optional Bell 206 cockpit enclosure, or enclosed if using a the optional box that can be mounted to the deck surface of the FasTrac Open Cockpit POD. 3

FC-H-005-CY US Army AH64D Apache Front Seat Folding Cyclic A replication of the AH 64D gunner cyclic assembly. A folding unit that can be tucked away when not used to control/fly the aircraft wired with a USB/HID electronic interface. FC-H-004-C US Army AH64D Apache Collective A console mounted AH 64D Apache Pilot Collective with programmable functional switches and buttons similar to those used in the aircraft wired with a USB/HID electronic interface. FC-F-001-STK F18/A10 High Fidelity Deck/Surface Mounted Stick with Functional Grip An F18/A10 style surface mounted stick assembly. This base unit stick can be configured with either an A10 or F18 style grip. Unit includes a USB/HID compliant interface and is surface mounted to mounting points provided on the FasTrac deck. FC-F-001-TTL F16 Style High Fidelity Throttle Assembly with Functional Buttons An F18 style left console mounted throttle assembly with programmable buttons and switches. 5 PN DESCRIPTION PHOTO or RENDERING FC-F-002-STK F18/F16 Side Stick Controller Housing with Grip The controller unit mounts into the left side console of the optional FasTrac Generic LOW PROFILE Cockpit to DZUS rails provided, The control includes a USB/HID compliant interface and can be configured with either F18 or F16 Grips that are tactically equal to that found in the aircraft. The buttons and switches on the control are user programmable. FC-F-001-GRP F18 Control Grip The F18 Grip mounts to the base of the Side Stick Controller Housing. Grips are tactically equal to that found in the F18 aircraft. Include a USB interface to control buttons and switches which are pre wired to the interface and user programmable. F18 Dual Engine Throttle The F18 Dual Throttle Assembly includes the Controller Housing. And includes a USB interface to control the tactically equal buttons and switches located on the throttle grips. Switches and buttons are pre wired and user programmable. The Throttle Controller Housing is designed to mount into the console of the left side console of the Generic LOW PROFILE Removable FASTRAC - Open Cockpit Instrument Console using DZUS fasteners. 5

An optional single seat with fwd/aft adjustable position rails for easy egress is available. The entire unit is removable from the FasTrac POD for easy replacement of additional future aircraft and/or driver consoles. SEA-HS-001 Generic Adjustable Seat Assembly A robust high quality adjustable (non aircraft specific) cockpit seat. Includes a seat base assembly that mounts to the FasTrac POD Deck via mounting points. VERTICAL (Up/Dn and HORIZONTAL (Fwd/Aft) adjustment allows the seat to be moved far enough back to enable pilot egress via the right side of the cockpit area. 6

Designed for the US Military. FasTrac is a modular, reconfigurable platform base that supports the mounting of many interchangeable, Fast Jet, Helicopter and Ground Vehicle cabin configurations and optional flight control components. Optional components can be quickly mounted using an ARRAY of mounting points located on the platform deck, below the deck and along the sides of the structure. 10 PN TK-H-206-TP DESCRIPTION PHOTO or RENDERING Transportable Helicopter Simulator Our Transportable helicopter trainer was designed under a US Army contract. The cockpit can quickly disassembled and moved through a standard 36x80 door opening by one person. This design includes a removable roof, rapid disconnect instrument console, front display LCD mount and built in castors. With the cockpit roof removed (using snaps that hold the roof in place) it can be lifted onto its built in castors and rolled to the location required. The entire process can be completed by one person in minutes. Mounting provisions under the seats are included to house simulator computers and audio equipment. Shown here this POD is configured with a US Navy H60 virtual instrument console using game quality flight controls to reduce cost. The optional surround observation deck allows easy access to the student by the flight instructor and provides safe easy egress. Multiple PODS can be affordably networked for mutti-student classroom instruction under control of a single instructor.
