I was able to adjust the easel to a comfortable position to best suit my needs when setting up the device for my client. 2. Dragging widgets/buttons onto the design area felt intuitive. 3. Configuring each button to suit my client s anticipated needs (by right clicking on it to change function/colour of button, text size of button etc.) was simple. 4. It was easy to move and resize widgets/buttons. 5. I had no problem saving a design and loading a new client application (i.e. under the design tab there are the different clients files, it was easy to find these). 6. Please provide additional comments and/or your perspectives on how the design of the device was/ was not efficient in terms of setting it up (consider ease of use and time requirements). 3 Configuring System Actions (prompts and AI) 1. It was clear how to choose and set up which actions/prompts you wanted to use and/or did not want to use when setting up the device for a particular client (i.e. in the configuring system actions tab, it was simple to drag the actions/prompts from one box into the other box). 2. It was easy to customize/ configure each action to achieve what I wanted (i.e. once you have chosen a certain action/prompt, the way to configure it was clear. For example, after you have decided that the action add image will be a prompt, it was easy to set up the system to make this image something you wanted). 3. Please provide additional comments and/or perspectives on how configuring the system actions (setting up and customizing prompts) was/ was not efficient (consider ease of use and time requirements). 4 Configuring Additional Settings 1. Under the configure additional settings tab, there were options to change the look of the canvas and the buttons. These were easy to find and use. 2. 5 Effectiveness Design Questions The Wizard (tutorial/ help tool) successfully showed me how to drag elements onto the design area. 1. The Wizard showed me how to configure the system actions. 2. The Wizard helped with configuring additional settings. 3. Overall, the Wizard was effective in helping me to set up the device. 4. Paint colours were represented accurately on the computer screen (i.e. the screen was clear and showed colours well). 5. I am happy with the selection of widgets/buttons and how they work (with regard to setting up for an art therapy session). 6. I was satisfied with the number of widgets/functions available to me. 7. 10 Questions to ask art therapist after each of the 5 sessions with the client Efficiency 1. My client had no difficulty using this device to engage in a creative process. 2. The way that I set up this device for my client was appropriate (i.e., it worked). 3. Using this device with a client during a typical art therapy session would allow me to be more efficient in sessions (i.e. may allow for more time with other clients). 4. Please provide additional comments regarding the efficiency (ease of use and time requirements) of this device in a clinical context.
