3 Part 1 International and National Training FIATA Qualification Examination and Training There are 8 training centers. Training classes begin in each August. FIATA certificate tests (written test and oral test) are held at the end of October. Two FIATA teacher training sessions were held in China, with about 60 participants. As of the end of last year, 459 students nationwide received systematic training and obtained certificates issued by FIATA. Over 40 people nationwide are expected to participate in training in Textbooks being used are verified by FIATA headquarter in March 2010, with a valid period of 4 years. After 4 years of use, textbooks should be revised and handed to FIATA headquarter for verification. Eight years' efforts have made this project a mature one with a certain degree of recognition in industry nationwide. This project has also become one important factor when our association considers recommending domestic enterprises to join FIATA.

6 Industry Credit Rating: Policy Support from Two Agencies and Promotion by National First-level Association Industry credit evaluation is government-directed and associationfocused credit building. In 2005, the Credit Affair Office under the Ministry of Commerce and SASAC jointly released the Guiding Opinions on Industry Credit Evaluation for Associations, advanced the guiding philosophy and basic principle of promoting comprehensive and association-focused industry credit building, and determined to conduct industry credit evaluation for members of associations. As of the end of 2012, 148 associations nationwide received qualifications for industry credit evaluation and engaged in related work.

8 China's Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry Credit Evaluation In 2007, MOC and SASAC jointly released Notice on Strengthening the Management of Industry Credit Rating in Pilot Programs (zheng gui fa ban (2007)3) and approved China International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFA) to be responsible for nationwide credit evaluation. Since 2007, CIFA has worked with China National Credit Information Service, Inc., a third party credit service provider affiliated to MOC, and identified over 500 companies in China's logistics industry with A level rating and above. 8

10 Application of Industry Credit Rating Results Rating results are filed, released and can be searched on the National Industry Credit Public Service Platform. ( Rating results are collected in national business credit information database, and provided to departments related to business, banking, taxation, industry and commerce, and Customs, etc.. The results also provide service for corporate investment and financing.the association's website, professional media and websites in the industry will be fully used in industry credit evaluation.

11 Application of Industry Credit Rating Results Companies' information is collected in the Enterprise Directory for Industry Credit Rating-Level A and Above and CD. 12 Application of Industry Credit Rating Results credit two-dimensional code: mobile terminal application,access to corporate credit information anytime, anywhere download recognition software, take a picture using smart phones, and corporate credit information is automatically identified and displayed

13 Application of Credit Rating Results Use 360 browser to visit official websites of logistics companies with A level credit rating and above, and the "website business card" will show the companies' credit rating, rating units, issue units, among other rating information.

14 To increase the popularity of companies with credit ratings and promote the application of rating results, MOC and SASAC have published the annual Enterprise Directory for Industry Credit Rating-Level A and Above (corporate information recorded in Chinese and English.)since They recommend the directory to the public, and are subject to public oversight. The directories are sent to relevant government agencies, foreign ambassies to China, Chinese ambassies to foreign countries and economic and commercial counsellor's offices, financial institutions and intermediaries. The directory contains about 8000 companies with A level rating and above from 148 associations, covering industries in economy and trade such as mechanics, petrochemicals, power, agriculture, irrigation, logistics, architecture, health care and import and export.
