3 Level II Undergraduate Degree Program Selection Step 1: Attend one of our Level II Academic Plan Selection Information Sessions: Monday, March 2 Tuesday, March 3 Wednesday, March 4 Thursday, March 5 9:00 am 10:30 am KTH/B124 1:00 pm 2:30 pm DSB/B105 9:00 am 10:30 am KTH/B124 9:00 am 10:30 am KTH/B105 Step 2: Apply to Level II Academic Plans on MOSAIC between March 23 April 30, 2015 Using MOSAIC, all Level I students must electronically advise the University of their Academic Plan choice(s) for Level II by late April. Students who have already applied to Social Work must also apply to a BA Program(s). Attend our Level II Academic Plan Fair on March 10th from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm in CIBC Hall in the McMaster University Student Centre. This selection process is necessary in order to ensure that you will be considered for admission to the Academic Plans you have chosen. This is especially important with respect to limited enrollment Academic Plans such as Honours Social Psychology. The pathway students will use to access Level II Academic Plan selection is: MOSAIC log-on, on March 23rd you will find the MUGSI quick link on McMaster websites replaced with a MOSAIC quick link or if you have bookmarked the old MUGSI link it will re-direct you to the MOSAIC logon. Use your MacID to log-on Click Student Centre tab Click My Academics link Click Program/Plan Application link Indicate the Academic Plans you wish to apply for. You will be ranking your choices being the Academic Plan you would most like to enter. * Students may select a Combined B.A./B.S.W. program as an Academic Plan option through MOSAIC. They will also need to select the individual B.A.plan (i.e. Anthropology) that they wish to combine with the B.S.W. Please Note: Students will need to have submitted a separate application to the Social Work Academic Plan directly to the School of Social Work by the deadline of March 1st (If you have not submitted the supplementary application and are not already scheduled to write the SWAT do NOT choose the B.A/B.S.W. Academic Plan on MOSAIC - You will not be considered for admission). Please consult the School of Social Work website for further information at: Step 3: Check Confi rmation of Academic Plan Eligibility on MOSAIC late May 2015 When you apply for Academic Plan entry through MOSAIC, you can select up to four Academic Plan options. You will rank them 1 4. You will be placed in the Academic Plan that you have ranked the highest and have met the admission requirements to. You can see which Academic Plan you have entered by logging onto MOSAIC clicking on the Academics tab and then selecting the My Program tab. Step 4: Enrolling in courses for Level II students begins June 15, 2015 For instructions on enrolling in courses, you should monitor the Getting Registered website.
