1 Welcome To The insurancequotes Gateway InsureMe has a long and proud history in delivering quality leads to help insurance agents build their businesses. After years of behind-the-scenes work and investment, we are delighted to be able to bring you a major evolution in our brand and product. In fact, so much has changed and improved that to call it new and improved InsureMe just didn t do it justice. Instead, we are relaunching InsureMe as insurancequotes, the industry s freshest, smartest and most complete destination for customer acquisition. As part of this change, we have many exciting new features, products and benefits to tell you about, so please take time to read this document we suggest printing it to keep it handy as you navigate your new portal. Any change can be daunting or frustrating, but the benefits of our new product are such that we know you ll stick with it and will be enjoying your new, improved experience in no time at all. Plus, for any questions you may have, our Account Management team is standing by to help you at , or via at accountmanagement@iqagents.com.

2 New Interface insurancequotes Gateway The first thing you ll notice when you log into your insurancequotes account is a new and improved layout, introducing more sophisticated features and tools to give you more control over your account. You will access your account with the same Agent ID and Password that you ve always used. When designing the new site, we listened carefully to agents when they told us what they d like to see from an improved experience and have made the following upgrades: Control We ve put more control in your hands with the ability to control your own lead volume Pause You can now pause sections of your leads or your entire account(s) at any time Volume Caps Set daily lead volume caps from per day or choose unlimited leads Notifications Set different lead notification s for each product type (great if you have multiple team members working leads) Articles We ve integrated your portal with our blog site to deliver news and helpful articles to you as soon as they are posted Questions? Ninety days of lead data will be automatically transferred to your new portal, along with your account balance. Previous statements can still be accessed through the old InsureMe site, but all other functionality on that site will cease on your transition date. Our FAQ section in the Agent Resources tab should answer most questions you have, but please reach out to our team if you can t find what you re looking for.

3 New Lead Types & Risk Types The lead types and risk types for InsureMe had been around for a long time, and we frequently received requests for updated categorization and new lead types. New insurancequotes has enabled us to do that. As we changed your account over to insurancequotes, we matched you directly with new lead types where possible, and to the closest risk type if your old one was no longer available. Please review your new account and let us know if you d like to make any changes. A couple of areas to highlight: New Home Cross-Sell Leads Thanks to new technological capabilities, insurancequotes now has the ability to identify and separate out full home insurance quote requests from cross-sell insurance quote requests. We define our home cross-sell lead as a prospect whose primary interest was in gaining auto-insurance quotes but who also expressed interest in receiving home insurance quotes. Therefore we are now able to sell Home Cross-Sell leads as a separate product type, with a significantly lower cost than a traditional Home Insurance lead. If you currently purchase home leads, you will automatically receive both Home Leads and Home Cross-Sell Leads from insurancequotes when you migrate. If you d like to change this set-up, please contact our Account Management team. We believe this will help you to more effectively prepare different sales pitches depending on the prospect type you are dealing with. New Commercial Leads We can help you filter from among the 1,000 SIC codes available to create the product that's just right for you. Many other companies allow you to choose only SIC code ranges, but insurancequotes is able to filter through industry groups and major groups all the way down to divisions for a truly comprehensive experience. In addition to SIC code filtering, you can select the type of Business policy you focus on - General Liability, Workers Comp, Business Owners Policy or Commercial Auto. Our new Commercial product will help you focus on the business and policy types that fit your agency.

4 New Lead Types & Risk Types New Final Expense Leads Following many agent requests, we have added Final Expense leads as a new lead type to our product offering. Our Final Expense lead profile is prospects who are 60+, seeking death benefit of $50k or less. Improved Auto Leads As we ve made the move to a new brand, so we ve also improved the quality of our auto leads by cutting out the lowest performing portion of our leads. This ensures our product will be the best it s been in years. As part of the transition, we are no longer able to offer Choice Auto, Long Term Care or Mortgage Protection Leads and the classification of some leads may have changed slightly. See the link at the bottom of this page for more details. Furthermore, we have simplified our optional filters offering (any of which can be added to your leads for a small premium to improve your targeting even further): Auto Filters Must Have Bachelor s Degree or Higher Must be a Homeowner Must be age 70 or Younger Must be Married Must not have Poor Credit Require at least 2 Vehicles Health Filters Must Be Age 25 or Older Must Be Age 80 or Younger Home Filters Exclude All Condo Owners Must Not Have Poor Credit Require Home to be Built in Last 10 Yrs Require No Home Claims Life Filters Must be Married Require at least $250K Death Benefit You can find the full list of our new lead types, classifications and filters here.

5 Lead iq Score Performance-Based Pricing One of the goals of the new insurancequotes brand was to better align our products and services to your success. As part of that mission, we are pleased to announce a new performance-based lead pricing system for our auto and home verticals. We recognize that not all leads are created equal. Having analyzed over 20 million leads over the past couple of years with our machine learning technology, we have reached a point where we are able to better predict the value of a lead. When a consumer s application arrives in our system, we are able to immediately assess and score that lead accordingly. We analyze it based on a large variety of factors such as its source, the amount of time a consumer spent filling out the form, the completeness of their answers, their propensity to purchase, the potential to cross sell the consumer with other policy types, and many other factors. Taking all of these factors into account we give each lead a numerical iq Score: iq Score of less than we don't send you these leads at all. They are filtered out as they don't meet our minimum quality criteria - and that can be up to 40% of all leads that we receive. Following this minimum quality threshold, there are three further quality tiers: < ,001+ 1,200+ N/A (Does not meet minimum quality standard) $ $$ $$$ Variable Pricing The pricing of your leads varies slightly depending on which of these three tiers it falls into naturally, you will pay least for leads in the 800-1,000 range, and a premium for leads in the 1,200+ tier. Not only is this a fairer system from a pricing perspective (as your price reflects the value of the lead you receive), it also means that when you see the iq Score of a lead in your inbox or in your insurancequotes Gateway you can prioritize working the higher value leads.

6 New Features Billing Our billing and credit processes are largely the same as you are used to with your InsureMe account. Any balance which is on your InsureMe account on the day we switch to insurancequotes will be transferred automatically to your new account. Two small changes are noted below: Account Recharge Change Your account is recharged when your available balance drops below 25% of your recharge amount. Now, in a slight change, the recharge amount will be $100 (or whatever your chosen recharge amount is set at) e.g. if you normally recharge $100 at a time and your account balance drops to $24, you card will be rebilled for $100 bringing your account balance to $124.! IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note, this change takes place as soon as your account migrates. Therefore, if your account is at less than 25% of your recharge rate on the day your account is migrated, your card will be recharged on that day. Credit Credit Process In a slight change to the existing process, when in your insurancequotes gateway and viewing the leads tab, follow the instructions by clicking on the Credit Link. You will have a rolling 10 days from the lead submission date to request lead credit. Once you have requested credit for a lead, you will no longer be able to access the lead details for that prospect. In our previous process, there was less than 10 days allowed to submit a lead for credit at the end of the month as we required all credit requests to be made for the previous month by the 5th of the next month. In our improved process, the hard stop of the 5th of the month to submit leads for credit no longer applies, and all leads will have the 10 day window for requesting credit available.

7 New Features Subscriptions In the new insurancequotes gateway, you will be able to set up lead groups, or subscriptions, to help better manage your lead flow and overall account efficiency. For each subscription, you are able to: Pause and activate as often as you like Set daily volume caps Add or remove zip codes For lead groups which we are migrating from InsureMe to insurancequotes, we will set up your account to mirror the volume you were previously receiving.! Please take a moment to review this when you start exploring your new account, and feel free to make any changes you desire. Zip Code, Product & Volume Caps In the new platform, zip code/area exclusivity is no long available, however protecting lead volume for existing customers has been a major priority of our team. We don t anticipate you will experience any impact in the volume you receive, however, if you d like to speak with us about increasing your volume, please contact our Account Management team so we can discuss options to help deliver the volume you need. We will still never sell a lead to more than one agent of the same carrier. We will still never sell a lead to more than one agent of the same carrier.

8 New iq Agents Smart Phone App One opportunity we saw as we moved to a new platform was to help agents become more efficient at managing their accounts when they were on the go. Delivering leads to your computer in real-time has always been a benefit of our program as it enables you to contact a prospect as soon as their lead hits your account. However, it s not always possible to do that while sitting at your desk and waiting for a lead to arrive. Our new, free iq Agents app integrates seamlessly with your new account, enabling you to access the most commonly used and most useful aspects of your insurancequotes lead account and, most importantly, it instantly alerts you when you receive a new lead in your account and gives you the opportunity to contact that lead immediately. Your app can be configured to send you a push notification the second you receive a lead. When you receive this, you can choose to instantly contact them by phone or , ensuring you have the best chance of reaching the prospect and closing the sale. The other main benefits of your app: Search, filter and view the last 90 days of leads in your account Easy one step click to call or click to functionality Manage and edit account status, daily caps, and more View account balance, transaction history and statements Access agent resources, industry articles, advice and tips Request lead credits We are also offering a $10 account credit to all agents who download the app and use it to log into their account.
