2 PART 1: Edit YOUR COMPANYs AD Listing Your ad package with Decorators Catalogue provides a Company Ad Listing which will appear in all relevant category searches. Three complementary Product Listings which will also appear with your ad and also in searches by product. Below are instructions for accessing your Company Ad Listing. Login To login to Decorators Catalogue Admin Panel, type in the URL into your internet browser. Enter your (case sensitive) user name and password and click login. To make changes to your company ad listing, click on Edit in the Actions column (to the right of the page) where your company name is listed. Once opened to the Listing Details you ll see most of the content for your ad. You will also see a range of options on the side and top panels but you will only need to click on save, save and continue edit and back. x If you have forgotten you login details click the Forgot g NOTE: your password? link on the bottom left. Enter your and click Retrieve Password to have your details ed to you. This will take you to the Manage Listings table which looks like this... BEWARE! if you click on the Delete button you will lose your listing and ALL information. The only details you may change are listed below: g NOTE: Do not change other options as these have been preset for your benefit. Name - Your Business Name. Website - If you have your own website enter the address to create an automatic link to your site. Phone No. - Contact number for your business. Store Address - Location of your business Opening Hours - Reference your business hours. Short Desription - No more than 260 characters to describe our business. This text will appear in the listing of all companies and in your own listing. Description - Long description about the business. To style your decription click on the WYSIWYG Editor button below the Description input. This will open an editor similar to word. 3 PART 1: Edit YOUR COMPANYs AD Listing Images for your Ad Your company ad listing has room for up to 20 images. All images should be in jpg format and 72dpi. only The first image should measure 170 pixels x 170 pixels. The remaining images, which will appear in your gallery, should be no larger than 800 pixels wide x 600 pixels high. Each image file should be named in lower case, no spaces or symbols, starting with the company name, then up to six words to describe the product (including brand name if relevant). To separate words use underscore_ F EXAMPLE: interiors_online_charlotte_french_chair Name each of the images in the panel available next to each. You may use capitols and spaces normally for this. Generally you would give each image the same name as the image file, for example Interiors Online Charlotte French Chair. When visitors to your ad hover their mouse over the image, the image name will appear. SEO Meta Information - Optimising your ad. In the side menu, click on SEO Meta Information. Inside here you must fill out all of the following for the best SEO (Seach Engine Optimisation) results: Meta Title - Title given to the browser s title bar when Company Listing page is being viewed. Meta Keywords - Helps search engines like Google of Yahoo to relate your listing to their search. Meta Description - The description which appears in search engine results if you are listed. When you have entered this information, click Save & Continue To change the images in your company ad listing, click onto Catalogue Images which you ll find on the left hand menu. Remove Existing images Tick the Remove box next to the relevant images, then scroll to the top and click on Save & Continue Ad new Images Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Browse Files (find the relevant image in your computer to upload) then click Upload. Image 1- is the thumbnail image that appears with your company listing. This image should be 170 pixels x 170 pixels. Always tick Small Image, Thumbnail and Exclude next to this image. Image 2 - is the main image visitors will see when you open up your ad to full screen. Always tick Base Image and Exclude next to this image. Images 3 - and onwards: There is no need to tick any boxes next to these images. If you wish to change the order in which they appear, simply change the number next to the image accordingly. 3
4 PART 2: Edit YOUR PRODUCT LISTINGS Accessing Your Three Complementary Product Listings Listing Details Name - Name of product. Product Alternative URL - If you have your own ecommerce store and wish to take all orders through your site, enter the URL address to this product page within your site. Style - Select from the drop down list Brand - Select from the drop down list Type - Select from the drop down list Colour - Select from the drop down list Material - Select from the drop down list like us to ad a brand or specific material g NOTE: Iftoyouthewould options available in the drop downs for these, please send your request to trish@decoratorscatalogue.com.au or alternatively simply include details of materials used in your description Login as for your Company Ad listing. This will take you to the Manage Listings table where you will see listed the three products which have already been set up previously. Once you have found a product listing you wish to edit or replace, click on the edit link in the Actions column on the right hand side Short Description - No more than 260 characters to describe your product. To style your description click on the WYSIWYG Editor button below the Description input. This will open an editor similar to word. You can use the tools to change colour, size or weight of text, insert images, tables and other media. By hovering over the tool icons will give you a brief description on what the tool will do. When you have finished click on the Submit button on the bottom left. This will close the editor and translate your styling of your description into HTML code. Listing of All Products - Product Listing As with your company listing you will find a range of Product Listing Page options which we have preset and we recommend you leave these options for best results. Short description You will be able edit or replace the information: Description SKU - Barcode or serial number. Please type name of your company before the barcode, eg: Interiors-Online-PFQ115/6 If your product does not have a barcode or serial number, use the name of the product, for example: Interior-Online- Charlotte-Chair. This will make it easier in future to find your products when wishing to update your ad. Set Product as New from Date - Select date from the calendar supplied if you wish the product to be viewed within a certain time frame. 4

Product Prices Click Prices which appears on the side menu Display Price - select Yes or No from drop down according to your preference If you select No, this will remove Price from your product listing but will provide an Enquire Button instead of Order. Enquiries to - Only If you have selected No, please include an address so that enquiries can be sent to you by . The will be headed with the name of the product. Price - Price including GST. Do not include a dollar sign, comma or other text in this field. Special Price - Discounted Price including GST SEO Meta Information To include keywords for your product click on SEO Meta information on the left hand menu. This information will really help your product s optimisation. Meta Title - Title given to the browser s title bar when Product Listing page is being viewed. Meta Keywords - Helps search engines like Google of Yahoo to relate your listing to their search. Meta Description - The description which appears in search engine results if you are listed. Product Images To replace the image select Product Images from the left hand menu. Tick the Remove box, then click Save & Continue Click Browse files and select the new image from your computer. Click upload then type the name of the product in the panel next to the new image. Don t change any of the settings, simply click Save & Continue 5
6 PART 3: ADDED OPTIONS Purchasing More Product Listings You may wish to purchase more Product Listings to add to your advertising package. Your first three are complementary. Rates Are: 10 images (including your three complementary)... $59.50 per month 20 images (including your three complementary).. $ per month 40 images (including your three complementary).. $ per month Banner Advertising Banner ads appear in the top and right hand side each page in Decorators Catalogue. Our home page banners offer premium exposure to ore than 40,000 unique visitors a month Advanced options Our new website can also provide you with a number of advanced options such as - Keeping an inventory of your products - Display related products. For example if you are listing a lounge chair, related products may be a footstool or accessory such as a cushion. - Show various views of one product.
