5 5.6 A planned budget of our financial resources is on-going to assure effective utilization of fiscal resources to meet the mission of the institution Goal VI: To enhance the campus environment. 6.1, 6.2 The facilities use and needs are assessed annually; facilities need and grounds management plan is updated to set priorities 6.3 The updated Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans are in progress. 6.4 The Shooter/First Responders and Crisis Management plans are complete.
