2 Airgoo Digital Signage Content Management Server Airgoo s CMS works with both types of devices which can be mixed : Airgoo All-in-one MicroPlayers Digital Signage Displays cm 26.8cm

3 The main sections of the CMS" Displays / Groups / Albums - My displays: lists all the Displays and MicroPlayers and shows Online/Offline status. Enables registering new displays. - My groups: Displays or MicroPlayers must be organised into groups. All displays in the same group will show the same information (album). Even if a user has only one display, a group must be created for that display. The content of the album can then be linked to that Group. - My Albums: Create albums then upload photos (JPEG) and videos (MPEG4) in those albums. - Settings tab: Select time zone and language There is no back button function Navigate directly between Tabs by clicking on the tab name

5 Login to the CMS server Go to : Login: User name Password To obtain a user name and password please your request to info@airgoo.co.uk And provide your company name and address, and your contact details

6 Register a new display Display means an all-in-one Display or a MicroPlayer Running Displays = Already belongs to a Group. Can display content Available Displays = Free to be added to a group. Cannot display content until are included in a group. 1-click on Register a new Display 2- enter the serial number of the display (Mac Address) 3- Fill-in the rest with your own information

7 Create and manage groups 1- Click on Create a new Group 2 Name the new group 3- click on the newly created group name 4- click on Add Displays 5- Select an available display 6 click Set

8 Create a new album " and upload content 1- Click on Create a new Album 2- Give it a name 3- Click on the newly created album 4- Click on upload media 5- Click on Select files and Start uploading content from your Computer.

9 Display and re-arrange " content in an album 1- Click on an Album 2- New window shows individual photos or videos in the album 3- Drag photos with the Mouse to change order in which they will be displayed on the screen 4- Select how long each Photo will play

10 Link an album to a group 1- for the chosen group click on 2- in the Album settings window tick Solo Playlist (or Solo Album) 3- choose the Album among a list 4- click Set 5- After a couple of minutes and if the display is connected the new content will appear on the screen

11 Program the daily scheduler 2- in the Album settings window tick Scheduled and click Set 1- Click to open the Albums settings window for this particular group 3- The scheduler opens. Click on the downward arrow to select an album and click Add. Use the sliding scale to select the start and stop time of a given album with a precision of 1/2h. Renew the operation For a given group the scheduler programs different content albums at different times of the day. A different schedule is possible every day of the week. Programming the scheduler is done by mouse drag or by entering directly the starting and ending times
