16 Possible L+D Challenges Value of formalized credentials? Formalized credentials like badges require formalized assessments We haven t seen L+D interest in this, most of our customers only want certificates of completion Lack of cohort? Badge model assumes students will progress independently Most of our customers want to send groups of students together for cohort/team-building Customization? Badges are inherently customizable due to modular nature Many of our customers want fully customized curriculum! Online? Badges don t require online modality, but work better with it We see more interest from L+D in classroom or onsite delivery 16
