5 Preface Summer is holidays time. Especially, it is true for academic workers. Usually on holiday people relax, recover and throw off the problems to start a new working year with new energy. However, the academic stuff is a special category. Even in summer, even on holiday, they were able to gather and decorate the event "International Scientific School "Paradigma" Summer-2015" (Varna, Bulgaria) with the results of their researches. Participants, international geography of the editorial board and the papers caused the high scientific and practical level of the published materials. The hard work of the organizing committee and working groups allowed carrying out the Summer School very successfully. The international interest is obvious the Organizing Committee of International Scientific School "Paradigma" Summer-2015" and the Science Book Publishing House (Yelm, WA, USA) reached an agreement on the selected works publication in print. The event success makes it possible to say with confidence that we will see the results of its productive work in the future as well.
