4 Introduction At a boundary of the XX-XXI centuries of lives of society there were the essential changes connected with formation of the period of mass, global communication. Intensive processes of formation of a new educational paradigm at the heart of which change of fundamental ideas of development of the person through his education which is an integral part of life of the modern person lies are connected with development of information society also. Introduction in formation of information technologies happens at all steps of its development. In the XX century in preschool educational institutions of Russia there were no evident and demonstration grants and technical means of training, the computer equipment. The analysis of material support of educational institutions, results of sociological researches show that development of the content of education isn't supported with adequate resource technological support. The researches conducted in our country by scientists-researchers Yu.M.Gorvits, S.L.Novoselova, etc. showed that the computer is cogitable the child approximately since five years. However, according to scientists absolutely clearly that knowledge of informatics as theories of information and computer technologies in large volume are yet necessary to the child preschool child. The computer everywhere enters into life of the child through game and other fascinating occupations peculiar to age. Interest of children to the computer is huge, and business of adults to turn it into the useful course, to make computer means habitual and natural to an everyday life of children. In this regard there is a need of familiarizing of children to the computer world as soon as possible, already at preschool age this world became for the person habitual and natural. Preparation for school is a result of previous development of the child at preschool age and an initial link for its systematic training. Feature of psychological readiness is caused by allocation in it two levels: necessary, consisting in acquisition by the child of elementary knowledge, skills which promote training at school, and polyvariable, consisting in specific readiness for school. 4
5 Modern education system: lyceums, gymnasiums, schools with profound studying of separate subjects, schools with profile training, it is interested in preparation of children for school, especially in development of their mental abilities as they are directly connected with specifics of training in them. In modern conditions rather often process of preparation of children to training at school is reduced to "coaching" them in the course of the occupations similar on form and content to usual school lessons (I.N.Agafonov, N.I.Korotkov, A.V.Perushkin, T.I.Chirkova, etc.) In modern system of preschool education there are various programs: "Childhood", "Development", "Step By Step", "Rainbow" and others which have various impact on mental development of children. The analysis of the contents of programs of development of children in preschool institutions showed that generally in them the emphasis is placed on development of one party of psychological readiness for school. Efforts of preschool educational institutions, according to I.A.Levina, U.Sh.Magomedkhanova, N.A.Pakhomova, T.V.Panchenko, T.I.Chirkova and so on are directed on intellectual, physical, patriotic, moral, mathematical and so on development and education of children. Now the offered programs of development for children of preschool age poorly affect their emotional and strong-willed development. Features of programs of preparation of children to school which are realized in preschool educational institutions, is that they insufficiently fully cover changes of the personal sphere, including emotional and strong-willed. The emotional and strong-willed sphere, both for adults, and for the child is a success cornerstone at school, socialization and its integration into society. Studying of the emotional and strong-willed sphere of children of the advanced preschool age is necessary for studying both in theoretical, and in practical sense. At this age the spontaneity of expression of the emotions peculiar to the child isn't lost yet, but at the same time, intensive formation of the emotional and strong-willed sphere, ability of verbalizing of own feelings and feelings of surrounding people, abilities to submit to requirements and rules is available. 5
6 The analysis of researches (L.A.Wenger, A.L.Wenger, O. V. Gudarev, N.I.Gutkina, A.V.Zaporozhets, V.K.Kotyrlo, E.O.Smirnova, Must be and others) allows to find Elkonin the low level of development of randomness and emotional and strong-willed regulation of modern preschool children, is thus noted her insufficient development upon transition of the child to school The beginning of school training assumes need of existence at the child of a high level of development any and emotionally - the strong-willed regulation, being shown in ability independently to acquire knowledge, to supervise the actions and acts, to find ways of the decision in difficult situations, to operate the behavior (L.I.Bozhovich, N.I.Gutkina, V.A.Ivannikov, Kravtsov, E.E.Kravtsov, E.O.Smirnova, Must be Elkonin, T.I.Shulga and others). Psychologists (L.I.Bozhovich, L.A.Wenger, N.I.Gutkina, A.N.Davidov, V.A.Ivannikov, E.O.Smirnova, T.I.Shulga and others) connect insufficient development of the emotional and strong-willed sphere of preschool children with unpreparedness of children to training at the school which is showing in impulsive forms of behavior, in inability to work, in inadequate reaction to difficulties in the doctrine, in inability to listen and understand the teacher. Insufficient development of the emotional and strong-willed sphere of preschool children complicates training of the child at school, causes a number of difficulties in teachers in training of children. The problem of research of development of emotional and strong-willed regulation at preschool age and its role in psychological readiness of children for school is significant for pedagogical psychology and we made attempt to consider its formation by use of information technologies in practice of work with children of preschool age. * * * The body text of the monograph is written in Russian. 6
