Prologue It s not fair, you re all a bunch of racists! yelled one annual pass holder. You were never told to keep out when this park was American owned! hollered another. It was another beautiful day at Busch Gardens Tampa, Fl until the gates opened at 9:00 a.m. Please, please stop making a scene or we ll have to have you arrested. Japan Week has been widely publicized for several months, you should be well aware the park is only open to Japanese citizens this week. I don t care what it says on your website, the point And then it happened. Mob mentality took over and some hundred and fifty Americans stormed the gates, determined not to be discriminated against. Security poured out into the park from everywhere. It s one thing to be prepared for a moment like this, but quite another to be eagerly anticipating it. Some wore full riot gear; armed with billy clubs and mace while others actually carried guns. Dozens were hospitalized and two people were killed. Incidents like this were starting to happen on a daily basis across America, but never at a high profile public place like Busch Gardens. Americans were starting to be on the outside looking in, and this was right in their own country. Social scenes like this got the most publicity, but the same thing was happening with jobs and housing. Mired in a lengthy recession now turned depression, America is falling apart at the seams. She watches helplessly as foreign countries buy her up like so many pieces on a Monopoly board. Once an unrivaled powerhouse, now she lies paralyzed with a crippled military barely capable of defending her borders. How much longer could she keep her enemies at the gate? But then, like the dark of night giving way to daylight - her fortunes could not possibly begin a more absolute transformation
The year is 2023 and Upper Level Industries marketing team drops their hook, complete with quasi engineering white paper. Chief Technology Officer Diana Burke cleverly launches the presentation with a provocative recap of epic tech successes. Ladies and gentlemen, ask yourself how many times throughout the course of human history has a thrilling technological breakthrough occurred? An invention or advancement so unfathomable, that within a few short years it evolved from private dream to mass consumable of a grateful population. Then before we can even adequately express our amazement, Rev 2.0 is out and we re demanding 3.0 by the holidays. Even the truly cynical amongst us cannot doubt what may come next; as we ve been stunned so many times that shock value packed up its things and left many years ago. Some lost their innocence while watching a man walk on the moon; others were partial to more recent concurrent miracles such as those legendary soul mates - micro-processor and DOS. Perhaps disbelief died the day you started making calls from anywhere and sent videos with that same phone. Certainly seeing was believing once HD cameras delivered their ridiculously lifelike 3D images to your glorious flat screen window on the world. Whatever your turning point was, it explains why you will barely manage a raised eyebrow of doubt towards the next decade s flagship advance AG Everything needs a little help getting off the ground and this soon to be history s most successful enterprise is no exception. Kurt Jensen s Upper Level Industries is in its infancy and looking to opt out of the growing pains stage. The Pentagon hosts an I.P.O. presentation performed not for institutional investors, instead Secretary of Defense Tim Schmidt and a few of his most trusted staff are the targets. Kurt s goal is to obtain funding as a covert defense contractor rather than from a high profile public offering.
Schmidt s chief military science officer is present and all parties have agreed to non-disclosure terms, therefore much of the AG classified technology is revealed. Director of Investor Relations, Jack Benson is next, Quite right Diana - thank you for arming us all with that much needed reality check. Our technological renaissance may have dimmed during the last decade, but I promise it will once again shine bright for you today. Ladies and gentlemen, I now present new technology which asks your minds to open wide like never before, so that you may consider once in a lifetime opportunities afforded us by AG. I will read this investor formatted version of a technical white paper that has been prepared for you in laymen s terms. You may also follow along on-screen or with hard copy being handed out now.
Upper Level Industries New York North - Skyplex 1 Research/Development Lab 28-D White Paper AG-I-1 AG Theory Sustained Zero Gravity in a Constant State Pioneers in the anti-gravity arena have achieved a temporary state of weightlessness, but not true zero gravity. Upper Level Industries AG induces a state of constant zero gravity vs. the intermittent weightlessness achievement of its predecessors. ULI AG can efficiently maintain this condition for an unlimited period of time. Technology has always been at the forefront of anti-gravity achievements and this one is no exception. However, as amazing as ULI AG technology is, the shocking philosophy it was born from is even more so. This brash new approach challenged the concept that laws of earthly physics and nature are non-negotiable. ULI s R&D team believed that since nature is a collection of living things, she cannot be without vulnerability. Specifically - substances could be influenced, persuaded, manipulated, and even deceived if you will. ***THE REMAINING WHITE PAPER REVEALS KEY TECHNOLOGICAL ENGINEERING. IT IS ENCRYPTED AND RESERVED FOR TIER-ONE INVESTORS, UPON SIGNING A NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT***

With gravity management, energy savings from transportation alone are staggering not to mention infrastructure relief for roads, buildings and bridges. But that s just the beginning Imagine jet ports and convention centers ideally located above the clouds amongst business travel air traffic. Exempt from the expense of land purchase and taxes, their competitive advantage is unprecedented. How about a sky resort that can guarantee your vacation is completely immune to inclement weather and natural disasters? Whether hovering over a metropolis or tropical beach, you are always just an eight mile shuttle ride from the surface. AG is based upon a brilliant discovery, not a high tech invention. Time to market will be immediate, as manufacturing processes are fundamental, inexpensive and already in place. Upper Level Industries has developed core technology to realize all of this, and you simply cannot imagine what more the AG driven future will bring Tim Schmidt does not play and immediately asserted I have no use for poker faces Kurt. If it does what you claim, the U.S. military needs this technology and needs it kept out of her enemies hands as
well. Our depleted budget can only fund one last project one last hope. You ve managed to open my checkbook but I m not signing off until I see a demonstration. I expected nothing less Tim. Within ten seconds Kurt mounts an Anti-gravity Rev 1.0 on Tim s 450 lb podium. He then fires it across the room to his partner, who effortlessly bats it in Tim s direction like a helium filled inflatable prop. Tim and his staff repeatedly float his podium back and forth in a semi state of shock. Kurt then removed AG 1.0 and his case was made in full, when no man could budge the massive piece of furniture. As presentations go, not enough o s in smooth but plenty of 0 s in the funding received by Upper Level Industries that day.
