1 The hourly rate is $500 for the first hour and $350 per additional hour on the same site. Each first hour on other site will be charged at $500. Additional hours have to be done the same day. This rate is applicable until the amount reaches $3,500 per day plus the mileage fees if applicable. This price includes the taking of photos and photos burnt on a CD sent to the customer by express postal service. For flying over fresh water, an extra of $75 per hour will be charge. The daily maximum of this extra charge is $300. For flying over salt water, an extra of $125 per hour will be charge. The daily maximum of this extra charge is $500. For photos serving for giving the sight of a future construction as for example condos or office building, the hourly rate is applicable until 10 floors, for the sights superiors to 10 floors, an extra of $150 will be added to the hourly rate. This extra charge is excluded from the daily maximum. For period from November 15th till April 15th, a $50 extra will be added to the hourly rate. The daily maximum during this period becomes $3,800 plus the mileage fees. For contracts requiring an accommodation, these must be completely paid by the customer. This includes meals for 2 persons (pilot and photographer), accommodation in a motel or a hotel and the mileage fees will be charged according to the list below. Real Estate reserved package: A special adapted package for only $399 which includes: Multiple shots of a property. Two 8 ½ X 11 prints. All shots on CD in 2 different sizes. Internet size and high resolution. Package sent to your office by express postal service. 20% discount on mileage fees. No mileage fees for $50 and below zones. No extra charge for flying over fresh water. $40 extra for period from November 15 until April 15. Just add $50 for interior shots done at the same time. In the case of 2 different cities on the same road, the customer will pay only the mileage fees for the farther city if the pictures are taken the same day. * This package is strictly reserved for the real-estate agents to sale a property, it includes a maximum time on location of 55 minutes and the commercial sites are excluded from this package (Commercial sites will be charged at $449 instead of $399) Les Images Héli-Go Inc.
