Coach the CTC coalition s to ensure fidelity to the model, evidenced based programs are selected, and effective prevention strategies are utilized. Assists in the coordination of national and/or state campaign promotions for Weber County residents. Coordinate and monitor fidelity of prevention programs facilitated by Prevention Class Facilitators. Provide or coordinate program trainings for the Prevention Class Facilitators. Disseminate

DRIVER Nutrition Job # Part-Time; $7.31/hour (20-25 hours/week; week days) POSITION DESCRIPTION: Load and deliver Meals-on-Wheels, bulk foods, and supplies to congregate meal sites. Make sure needed food items and supplies are loaded into vehicle and that food is packaged in proper containers to keep food at safe temperatures and delivered safely and in a timely manner. Check on well-being of clients. Keep track of and report required vehicle maintenance. Keep vehicle clean, in good running order, and filled with gas. Clean and sanitize food transport containers daily. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 21 years or older. Valid Utah driver license with a clean driving record since the job will require driving for the Agency; prefer one (1) year driving experience. Knowledge of van operation, food safety, and sanitation. Ability to: lift pounds, follow written and verbal instructions, establish and maintain good relationships with senior citizens, work in a timely and efficient manner, read route book and learn procedures. Use lab procedures to collect urine specimen from clients for drug tests; label and seal for delivery. Enter client information into computer and complete forms. This residential facility has a population of females only (therefore, this is a Bona Fide Occupational Qualify) allowing only female applicants for the position. Must be comfortable interacting with clients and children, coordinating activities, assisting with meals, etc. Able to demonstrate maturity and sensitivity to individual differences in children and families with the ability and judgment to work independently. AUTISM SUPPORT Youth Mental Health Job # Part-Time; $9.01/hour; (up to 29 hours/week) POSITION DESCRIPTION: Assist classroom instructors with running discreet trial sessions and groups, accurately record data, assist with teaching skills-based curricula, actively engage with children between work sessions, transport children to and from school using program van, assist in providing a clean and healthy learning environment. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate/equivalent; 21 years or older. Experience working with children with disabilities preferred. Required to complete mandatory trainings offered through the Agency: CPR, 1 st Aid, MANDT, and Defensive Driving. Valid Utah driver license with a good driving record (no more than 1 violation)
