2 Thank you for taking the time to look at Pizza Phone System. The first phone system custom designed to meet the needs of a pizzeria operation. As veterans of the pizza industry we found that our phones were always expensive, difficult to use and full of limitations. That s why we set out to create a phone system that would not only reduce our telecommunications costs, but give us the additional functionality we were looking for. In designing the Pizza Phone System we wanted to make sure we achieved the following goals: Build a system with unlimited line capabilities, because a busy signal is lost revenue Keep costs low and fixed Keep it easy to use and yet functional with reporting that could give us the answers to questions we didn t even know to ask. To our delight we have built a phone system that does all of the above and more. Once we achieved the basics we started to develop the rest of the advanced features which move our phone system beyond average and make it great. To insure switching to Pizza Phone System is a quick and easy process we have put together a package that will fit the needs of any pizzeria. 3 Pizza Phone isn t your standard phone system, rather we are a phone system specifically designed by a veteran of the industry. Below you will find a list of the many standard features included with our service. Most importantly, Pizza Phone system is not just feature rich, but we provide benefits which will directly translate into greater cost savings and increased sales. Each customer will pass through a Queue which will allow them to hear a message about your specials (or any information you like). As the customers are listening to your message the phones in the store will ring. 4 The difference is in the technology When you compare a VOIP phone system to a normal analog phone system there are a few key differences. With the Pizza Phone System you are not limited on how many phone lines you are able to use at any given time. In order to understand VOIP technology look at it as though you are surfing the internet. With standard phone lines you can only connect to one website per phone line, limiting the number of website you can visit to the number of phone lines you physically have attached to your building. With our VOIP technology you have an open data trunk, with the ability to open as many pages as your computer can handle. Our system is software driven which means we create the connection for each call, so if you need another connection (line) to handle another call our phone servers simply create it for you. Our software based system also allows us to update your system without the added cost of new or updated hardware. This insures that your system is always up to date with the latest features available. We designed the Pizza Phone System to not only meet your needs now, but in the future as well. Multi Store Operators If you are a multi store operator you will love the flexibility the Pizza Phone System will give you. We have designed it to accommodate the needs of a multi-store operator. 5 System Support, Backup and Disaster Recovery System Support- Pizza Phone Systems has taken great strides to insure that your phones are up and running at all times. We have built in several safeguards that monitor your phone server to assure it is functioning properly. We will know before you do if there is a problem. But in the event there is a problem you have technical support any hour of the day, any day of the year. Pizza Phone System has a team of high level support personnel that can not only answer your call, but solve your problems. Our tech support is truly 24/7 NOT an answering service that simply takes a message for support personnel to call you back the next day. Technology Matters With standard analog phone systems you are limited to what can be done remotely as far as diagnostics and repairs. With the Pizza Phone System, we have the ability to solve most problems by simply logging into your server remotely. This means that you don t have costly or time consuming service calls. Because if your phones are down, your business is down and we designed the system specifically to prevent that from happening. System Backup and Disaster Recovery- With the Pizza Phone System backup and recovery are included in your monthly fees. We take the following steps to insure your system can be restored and or replaced with little or no downtime. We take the following measures to insure a functioning phone system: Back up copy of your configuration stored on your local phone server Second backup copy stored on our off-site secure servers At anytime we can remotely log into your server and re-image if necessary and you are up and running. In the event of equipment failure we have the following recovery options: Backup server on-site at your location plugged in and imaged (additional fees apply) Back up servers that can be imaged with your configuration and shipped overnight for easy replacement. In the event we do have to ship a server to your location or you have catastrophic power or internet failure we can re-route your phone calls to one or may cell phones remotely from our secure phone switch. Insuring you are always up and running. That s why our main phone switches are hosted only at data centers that can guarantee the best possible connection to the internet and your local phone system located at your store. We test every new site against multiple locations to see where the best possible service is at, this gives our system the best performance and stability. We have spent a great amount of time finding these locations to insure your service is the best and most of all reliable! Each location is staffed 24/7/ 365 days a year by trained technicians to respond to any need. 6 System Reporting The Pizza Phone System has a vast number of reports that help you make informed decisions regarding many areas of your business. Standard Reports With Pizza Phone System you will receive a number of standard reports to help make important decisions regarding your business. A couple of key reports include: Call Duration Comparison of phone calls from month to month Identification of peak times Identification of which stations take more calls Daily Call Reports These standard reports will help you to make important decisions regarding staffing levels, inventory, hours of operations, specials, and much more. Our reporting system will give you key information, allowing you to make choices about staffing levels. Seeing how many orders are placed and at what time will allow you to schedule your employees more effectively, these reports can be pulled from past months as well. Because all phone numbers are stored in your server you will be able to have a full list of your clients phone numbers. Due to this fact we have clients who are able to use our system for marketing to their customers. Our system allows you to pull reports based on station numbers helping you to determine who has made outbound personal calls based on call duration and repeat use. Multi Store Operators One of the problems that all multi store operators share is that you can t be in all places at all times. This problem limits your visibility as to what s occurring throughout your network of stores. While you can readily get the financial information that s not always enough to help you make the decisions you need in regards to your daily operations. With our reporting system you will be able to login into any phone server in your network from anywhere with an internet connection. Along with the new technology in cell phones you could even monitor them directly from your phone. You even have the ability to combine the reports to compare them side by side for better analytics. The key to our reporting isn t just to throw numbers at you but give you information that can help you make decisions, directly effecting your business operations and profitability. 7 Q: How is it possible to have unlimited phone lines? A: With the phone system we have designed, combined with our phone service we are able to route as many phone calls as you can handle through our system by using the internet. Q: Is my bill really $ per month? A: YES, your phone bill will be $ per month. There are NO HIDDEN charges or fees you will receive a bill on the 1st of every month for $ per store location. Q: What support do you offer? A: Our support is available 24/7 we strive to provide the best possible care for our clients. Our system was designed so that we may remotely log into your phone server and resolve any issues, our competitors are unable to do this. Q: What happens if my internet goes down? A: We have built our phone system so that it is nearly impossible for this to happen. We implement a dual-wan switch with two internet connections so that if one does go down we have a backup that already has taken over the phone service. Q: Can we keep our current phone numbers? A: YES!!!! Your phone number will be ported to our service and will remain the same. Q: How long does this process take? A: From the day that you decide to move your phone service the entire process will take two weeks. This time will allow us to install your phone system as well as test to make sure everything is flawless. Q: What happens if my phone server crashes? A: If by some chance you have a server malfunction we will replace the equipment in most cases the same day, we keep a backup of your phone system on our secured servers to quickly and easily build upload your configuration to a replacement server. Q: Does the phone system really make my company money? A: YES!!! We have tested our phone system against standard phone lines and have found that with a limited number of phone lines a business will lose 8%-10% of your calls during peek hours such as lunch and dinner. Q: Is there an installation fee? A: Yes, there is a one time setup and installation fee of $ per location Q: Why use Cisco phone instead of normal phones? A: We use Cisco phones because of the clarity and noise cancellation. Our phone system has amazing clarity and also performs noise cancellation.
