Each section can have independent access control enforced by the system. One or more sections can be displayed or printed together as required. GENERAL NOMENCLATURE: Filled-in values are indicated using the italic font. The format of field contents is shown where: 0 indicates a digit (0-9), a indicates alpha-numeric (a letter or digit only), x indicates an unrestricted text character A field limited to a dropdown list of values is indicated by the character. A yes/no field is indicated using the checkbox character which would be shown as to indicate a yes value. System generated or calculated values are indicated with shading. The format of the Surface Loc. and Downhole Loc. fields depends on the survey system selected from the dropdown (DLS, NTS, CLSS, Lat/Long or UTM).
