For larger repair work equipment is sent to the nearest hub or subcontractor On-site service (mobile service cars) In heavy and lifts, we also use suppliers or dealer service network Monitoring service cost to optimise life cycle costs Logistics optimisation reduces environmental loading Optimise use of external transport services Trading through different channels: Internal relocation, suppliers, auctions, traders Machines that are no longer in working condition are scrapped Each product group have set KPIs for when to trade, for example maximum age of equipment, when maintenance costs exceed rental income potential CMD Ramirent 13
