4 Rod Nakamoto - CTO & Lead Engineer With an impressive career covering a wide range of technology and executive management experience in the gaming and high tech industries, Rod brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Lead Engineer of Total POM. Working alongside a talented team of experts, he leads the development, creation, and design of Total POM s technology, software, and operating systems. With over 35 years of experience, Rod s background includes: software and firmware design, consulting, executive management, and marketing expertise. Among his notable achievements are the building and management of four development studios, creation of one of the first sound/speech cards for the Apple II, and the founding of Interactive Designs, Inc., which was acquired by Sega of America, and Sweet Micro Systems Inc. Rod has also held executive management positions at a number of prominent gaming companies such as Sega of America, Electronic Arts, Hasbro Interactive, Kayak Interactive Inc., Vivendi Universal Games, and Namco.
