No. 09/0150/15 Vodňany, Dean s decision No. 19/2015 Publicity and website of the FFPW USB Mr. Nebeský ensures, arranges and is responsible for the promotion (e.g. promotional materials, advertisements, participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotion of study and services of the FFPW USB in the media). Ms. Kovaříková is responsible for activities coordination and checking the accuracy of the content of the website of the FFPW USB (the "Website"). A specific list of personnel responsible for the partial content and topicality of the various parts of the website of the FFPW USB (CZ, GB) is attached (Annex No. 1). Each responsible worker deals directly with Mr. Vlk, Čapek or Rodina when submitting data and editing pages. Ms. Kovaříková will be also informed about these changes when necessary. Faculty staff sends all reports on the website of the FFPW USB to Ms. Kovaříková. News is compulsory required in Czech and English version. The news must be accompanied by photographs or other illustrations. Topicality and accuracy of the website will be controlled by the Dean of the Faculty. Individual responsible staff will be sanctioned by reducing or removing personal rewards in case of identified serious deficiencies. The exceptions can be decided by the Dean. This decision cancels the Dean s decision No. 29/2014. This decision comes into effect on Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Otomar Linhart, DSc.
