2 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENGAGEMENT OF RETIRED ENGINEERS/PROFESSIONAL/EX-SERVICEMENS IN TNGC LTD Eligibility Criteria 1. Retired Engineers (Degree/Diploma) having extensive field experience and have flare for field job in the areas of Operation & Maintenance / Projects / Fire & Safety / Business Information System / Contract & Procurement etc. for 2. Retired Professionals (CA/CS/ICWA/MBA) having wide experience and have flare for active contribution in the areas of Marketing / Finance & Accounts / Company Secretary / Administration / Human Resource Management etc. for 3. Retired Officers of State / Central Armed Forces for heading the CNG stations independently for They should have professional excellence in the specified field and physically & mentally fit for engagement after retirement on superannuation. They should have retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation & below the age of 63 years. Officers against whom departmental proceedings or criminal cases contemplated / pending or who have been penalized for mis-conduct during preceding five years of service period shall not be considered. Selection of eligible candidates shall be made through Personal Interview by the Selection Committee. During the period of engagement, they will be guided by the Conduct Rules & other Rules of the TNGCL. During the period of engagement, services of the employee shall be available to TNGCL on full time contractual basis. The officers left the service before superannuation on resignation are also eligible. Terms of Engagement They will be engaged initially for a period of one year subject to further extension based on satisfactory performance, requirement & organizational need of TNGCL up to maximum age of 65 years.

3 The above engagement is purely temporary & can be terminated by either side by giving one month s prior notice. Scope of work To co-ordinate, supervise, monitor the field jobs of CGD in respective areas to enhance the distribution & sales targets of the TNGCL business maintaining highest safety standards. Monthly consolidated remuneration & other benefits The monthly consolidated remuneration will be decided on the basis of experience & qualification and last position held. Selection process is based on Personal Interview duly interviewed by a Selection Committee. The selection panel will be valid for one year to meet the future requirement(s). During the above engagement, bachelor accommodation shall be considered for outstation candidates subject to availability. They will be provided with TNGCL conveyance during Tour & TA /DA equivalent to the officer in the rank of Sr. Manager of TNGCL.
