2 -2- Qualification & Experience:- Post No. 1 Deputy General Manager (P & A) Graduate with atleast 2 years PG Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in HR/IR/PM or MSW or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR from recognized institution with 7 years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area. Post No. 2 - Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) Passed final examination of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants or Chartered Accountants India with 8 years experience after passing final examination in financial and cost accounting out of which about 4 years should have been in managerial or similar senior capacity in industry or Government. Post No. 3 Marketing Manager Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration with 5 years experience in the Marketing Department of a Commercial Undertaking (Preferably dealing in Agri-inputs) out of which about 3 years should have been in a responsible position. Exposure in the field of export of goods is desirable. Or Graduate with 9 years experience in the Marketing Department of a Commercial Undertaking (Preferably dealing in Agri-inputs) out of which about 3 years should have been in a responsible position. Post No. 4 Commercial Manager Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration with 5 years experience in Commercial Department out of which 3 years should have been in a responsible capacity in Purchase Work or Material Management in an Industrial Undertaking. Requirement of experience relaxable in the case of those having Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management OR Graduate with 9 years experience in Commercial Department out of which 3 years should have been in a responsible capacity in Purchase Work or Materials Management in an Industrial Undertaking Post No. 5 - Regional Sales Manager Degree in Science preferably in Agriculture, with 8 years experience in marketing/sales of pesticides/ agri inputs of which atleast 2 years have been in Managerial/ Supervisory capacity in marketing/ sales in pesticides industry. Degree or Diploma in Business Administration will be considered as an added qualification. Post No. 6 - Assistant Company Secretary-cum-Law Officer. An Associate/Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Law Graduate with 5 years experience in the field of which not less than 2 years should be in a Supervisory capacity in industry or Government. 3 -3- Post No. 7 Assistant Finance Manager Should be Chartered or Cost Accountant with 4 years post qualification experience in financial and cost accounting, Internal Audit, out of which 2 years should have been in a responsible capacity in Industry of Government. Post No. 8- Accounts Officer Passed final examination of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountant or Chartered Accountants of India with 3 years experience in Supervisory capacity in Finance cost accounting Or Degree in Commerce with 7 years experience in accounts out of which 2 years should be in a supervisory capacity. Or Passed SAS (Subordinate Accounts Services) with 5 years experience in accounts out of which 2 years in supervisory capacity. Post No. 9 Junior Sales Officer Degree in Agriculture or Science Graduate with 2 years experience of selling pesticides at the consumer level through distributors/dealers. Post No. 10 Research Associate - 3 M. Sc. in Organic/Physical/Inorganic Chemistry. Candidates having qualified JRF/GATE Examination with 2-3 years of experience in Synthetic Laboratory will be given preference. Eligibility Criteria:- (for posts 1-9 above) Should have minimum 2 years working experience in the immediate lower grade in the respective position in the case of candidates working in Public Sector Undertaking/Government Deptt. and having similar status with equivalent pay package in case of candidates working in the reputed Private Sectors in respect of posts no.1-9 only. Exposure to working in ERP Environment is desirable. General Conditions/terms for posts no. 1-9 above:- Besides Pay, Dearness Pay, VDA, usual benefits like HRA & CCA (pre-revised) Medical reimbursement, LTC, Gratuity, CPF, Leave Encashment, Canteen facility/subsidy & Conveyance Reimbursement etc. shall be payable as per existing rules of the Company. For Post No. 10:- The engagement will be on contract basis initially for a period of six months which may be extended depending on requirement. Besides stipend, the Research Associates will be paid canteen subsidy applicable to the employees of the Company. Reservation of Posts for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC & PWD category shall be as per Govt. of India Rules.
