Case Studies Upgrading a Legacy System to Modern Technology Customer has inquired if it is possible to re create the existing software from scratch. Coming to us in 2011, they had a code storage written in an endemic programming language and technology which never worked. Logicify formed a technical team to perform assessment and development. During the extremely short ramp up period the team taught themselves that abandoned technology and started to build the new system and gather business intelligence from the legacy one in parallel. Careful planning and risk mitigation allowed the Logicify team to meet very tight deadlines but deliver the improved product to the customer. Successful launch happened on the date planned.
