Introduction Welcome to the QAP (Classes 2 to 8) Re- accreditation online training course. Re- accreditation is only available for existing Accredited Persons and you will need your existing Guardian username and password to log on. If you have forgotten your Username or Password, click on the Forgotten Your Password? link on the top left of the Guardian site. If your email address has changed then you will need to contact one of the support offices listed in the Support section of the site to retrieve your Guardian details. The cost of the re- accreditation training will be $66 per person for online payments by credit card and $77 per person for payment on invoice. The following instructions will guide you through the online payment process. Step 1. Go to the Guardian Home Page The Guardian website is located at http://www.iwgq.com.au. Click on the Purchase a Course link on the left menu. Page 2 of 12
Step 2. The Purchase a Course Page This page describes the courses available for online purchase. 1. To view details of a course, click on the Details button 2. To purchase the course, click on Buy button for the course Page 3 of 12
Step 3. Purchase a Course Page (Enter User Name and Password) If you have not already logged on to Guardian enter your username and password, and click on the Submit button. Page 4 of 12
Step 4. Purchase a Course Page (Check Your Details) Make sure that your contact details are correct in the form below. When complete, click the 'Submit' button at the base of the form. It is very important that you ensure that your email is correct. Fields marked * require an entry. Page 5 of 12
Step 5. Purchase a Course Page (Course Selection) 1. Check that you have selected the correct course in the top panel 2. Select this option if you wish to pay online by credit card. These enrolments will be completed immediately the payment is made online (see section 8) 3. Select this option if you wish to create an invoice and mail or EFT your payment. These enrolments will be completed when the payment is processed (see section 7) 4. Click on the Continue button Page 6 of 12
Step 6. Purchase a Course Page (Confirmation) 1. Click here to continue 2. Click on the link to return to the last steps, only do this if you wish to change your payment method or select different course to purchase Page 7 of 12
Step 7. Confirmation - Invoice Payments Only If you selected the Invoice method this page confirms that you wish to pay by EFT or cheque. If you choose this method remember to include the invoice number as a payment reference. Step 7a. Invoice Print Print your invoice and mail or EFT your payment. Your enrolments will be completed when the payment is processed. For urgent enrolments email or call the Support contacts on the invoice. Page 8 of 12
Step 8. Confirmation - Online Payments If you selected the Credit Card method this page confirms that you will make an online payment. 1. Click on the Continue button to make an online payment 2. Click on this link if you want to know more about Verisign Step 8a. Enter Credit Card Details Enter the card number and expiry date then click Continue. The cardholder does not need to be the same person who is registering for training. Page 9 of 12
Step 8b. Credit Card Confirmation Click on the button shown to authorise the transaction. Page 10 of 12
Step 8c. Complete your Enrolment Click on the highlighted button to complete your enrolment. This step transfers you enrolment details back to the Guardian system. Page 11 of 12
Step 8d. Final step for Online Purchase 1. Once your enrolment has been fully processed, and an email notification sent, you can display and print a tax invoice as a receipt for your purchase 2. Click on the Continue button to return to the main page of the Guardian site Page 12 of 12
