Students are advised to book onto their workshops as soon as possible. Workshops are subject to change/cancellation until your course mentor confirms they are going ahead. Exams There are two modules assessed by exam, HRM in Context and Leading Managing and Developing People. Exams are nationally set and run by CIPD and exam diets are held in January, May and September. Students must have completed all formative assessments for these modules before ICS Learn will put them forward for the exam. Students must enrol for the exam around 4 months before the exam date and pay the relevant fees to CIPD. This fee is set by CIPD and once paid is non-refundable. The workshops covering these modules will focus on the examination and past papers are available on the CIPD website so students can familiarise themselves with the format. Students must be in current CIPD membership to enrol for an exam.
