If performed on-site, the equivalent of at least 10 specimens (Moisture Content Test) or 60 specimens (Bond Line Test) shall be tested per month at intervals specified by the client. Additionally, HPVA Laboratories shall perform bi-annual verification tests on 10 specimens (Moisture Content) and 60 specimens (Bond Line) at their third party testing lab. Note that the mill has the option to submit 1'x4' panels OR the necessary number of cut-to-size 2"x5" specimens for testing. If 1'x4' panels are submitted, a $50 cutting charge will be applied. NOTE: The testing frequency noted above is for a single product type. The number of product types a client produces shall be determined through discussions between the client and their third party certifier. Parameters which may influence product type determination include: adhesive type, core type, thickness, face species, and number of plies.
