Billing Matters Standard Report A new standard report has been added for Billing Matters. Timeslips 2013 Support You can now integrate Time Matters with Timeslips 2013 for billing functions. Split payments remain linked and allocated correctly after saving and closing the payment and Matter forms. Calendar/Scheduler/Docketing 4546718 When you add a formal Staff group to an existing Event record, clicking the Staff/Group button to change the state to "Group" will create an Event record for each member of the group after the record is saved and closed. Basic billing 3872768 Process Change can be used to change the Hold status of Billing Items. 4138097 Bill message appears on invoices when using basic billing in Time Matters. Plans for the future The following issues will be considered for inclusion in a future release. Time Matters for Microsoft Office When Time Matters is installed in a custom (non-default) folder, Time Matters for Microsoft Outlook will not function. CaseMap Synchronization Time Matters 12 cannot be loaded when opening a linked record from within CaseMap 10. Import While importing data from previous versions into Time Matters 12, custom property files are not imported. Scanning In some situations, scanning a document into Time Matters results in a blank file with a file size of zero. Security When non-administrative users are locked out of Time Matters for database management, those users can still access the database by using Time Matters for Microsoft Outlook. In some cases, using Time Matters for Microsoft Outlook during the database management process may result in data corruption. Time Entry Advisor Time Entry Advisor only handles records marked Billable. Microsoft Exchange Synchronization When changing field matching for Contacts, Events, and ToDo's, the Exchange Synchronization service must be manually restarted. Staff and Users During installation and initial setup, when selecting a rate table for a new Staff, Time Matters may crash.
