I am conscientious and have a successful track record of maintaining faculty minutes live, typing them during meetings followed by proof-reading, editing and prompt distribution of minutes to committee members and administrative personnel. Besides being organized I effectively ensure team workflow and goal-oriented progress. For over two years I was responsible for monthly nursing faculty meeting minutes. For two years I was the Chair of the Health Sciences cohort at Palm Beach State College. Responsibilities included taking, typing, and distribution of cohort minutes biannually in collaboration with the Assistant Dean of Health Sciences. Meeting minutes were kept in the institution s format, submitted for Assistant Dean approval, followed by distribution to the Health Sciences cohort. Accurate attendance and listed attendees were included. Since January 2012, I have been an adjunct faculty at Florida International University s College of Nursing and Health Sciences. I have completed my Ph.D. in nursing and in lieu of a full-time position I can devote the time and effort necessary to successfully perform the duties of the Secretary for the SNRS.
