A list of required prerequisites is listed on the Nursing & Allied Health s website at http://www.h artnell.edu/nursingandalliedhealth/ Prerequisites taken at any other college/university/institution(s): An authorized Hartnell College Course-to- Course Evaluation Form must be included with the application packet. The Nursing and Allied Health counselor will evaluate course descriptions and official transcripts provided by the student for each course completed at other colleges and universities. Once reviewed, the Nursing and Allied Health counselor completes and signs the form that must be included when the application is submitted. Appointments with the counselor are made by calling the Hartnell College Counseling Office at (831) 755.6820. Official Transcripts.
