We will agree goals to work towards in rehab and plan together what you need to do to reach your goals. This may involve completing daily exercises or practising tasks around the house. The goals we set will be timelimited. We will regularly review progress together and this will guide how long we work with you. Some simple goals can be reached within a few weeks; other goals may take several months to achieve. The length of rehab will be personalised according to your needs.
