Vision Statement We desire to be a spiritually and numerically growing "whosoever will" Church that is making an eternal, positive, life changing impact in our world for Jesus Christ, through God's love and by the transforming power of the Holy Spirit. Motto "Where Love Abounds for God and You." 2011 A Year of Growth Spiritual and Numerical Spiritual Growth We believe spiritual growth is Biblical and reflects a healthy church. We are working on building the Kingdom of God. It takes place at a personal level and as a church, working together to accomplish effective ministry. We desire to spiritually grow personally and as a Church to new levels with God through the following key spiritual disciplines: Prayer The Word Worship and Service Evangelism Building Strong Relationships Tending the Temple Prayer Growing in Prayer- We can do nothing without the Lord's help. Nothing can be accomplished of eternal worth and significance without the help of our heavenly Father. Through faith, we must increase our prayer life and submit to His perfect will. Everything we have set out to accomplish must be continually covered with prayer for spiritual guidance, protection and power. We will offer preaching, Bible studies and ministries that are relevant and enriching to the needs of each person for successful spiritual progress through: Small group Bible Studies, including Sunday School, Home groups Preparation and devotion Obedience to Scripture to make disciples Worship and Service Growing in Worship and Service - We have been given much and much is required of us. We will worship God and nothing else. We will put God before everything else and trust Him with our lives and needs. We will serve Him and serve one another out of a heart and spirit of love. Locally and globally there are people who do not know Jesus. It is harvest time and we are committed to reach the lost souls through the power of the Holy Spirit by whatever means are available to us in these last days. We Desire to Grow in Evangelism Grow Personally in Evangelism Be used more of God as a witness of Jesus Christ Do the work of an evangelist with the God-given capacity to reach people for Jesus Establish a personal goal for winning people to Jesus in 2011 Invite more people to come to church with you Discover and develop how to share your testimony Be involved in a missions project Growing as a Church in Evangelism Establish an Outreach/ Missions Team and develop ministries to effectively meet the mission of reaching the world.

Satan desires to destroy our relationships with one another, but God desires to strengthen and build new relationships. He wants us all to be made whole. It is our personal responsibility to take care of it and use it to the maximum for the glory of God. We come together as the Body of Christ to grow spiritually at the house of God. It facilitates ministry and should be used wisely and maintained properly for the glory of God. We Desire to Grow in Tending the Temple

Grow Personally in Tending mv Temple Commit to eat healthier, exercise, stop bad habits with the Lord's help Be more selective in what we watch, read, and how we invest our energy and efforts Practice the principles of holiness in all manners of life by practicing moderation. Growing as a Church in Tending His Temple We will utilize our current facilities to effectively minister and do it within our means. As the church grows, we will need to construct a Family Life Center with Volunteer labor Financial gifts from the congregation Multipurpose facility with kitchen, gymnasium, stage, storage, etc. Possible facelift on front of church to improve appearance Continue with Facilities Ministry teamwork Responsible for Keeping Church property maintained, ie. Mowing, trimming shrubs, keeping clean - inside and outside, maintaining church supplies, etc. Update the stage area and sanctuary of the church Playground - relocate and construction Continue updating Children's Ministry area Numerical Growth We believe spiritual growth works its way out of the 4 walls of a church and cannot be contained within a true believer. As we grow spiritually, it will result in more people being ministered to and being touched by the power of God. We will grow numerically. Following are goals for numerical growth in 2011 submitted to the Lord, to be continually prayed over, and to be worked at diligently to accomplish. Numerical Growth 2011 Goals 100 people on average per Sunday by Easter 2011, April 24 November 2010 average was 68, September 2010 average 41 150 people by year-end 2011 50+ People Saved 50+ Baptized 50+ People filled with the Holy Spirit 50% increase in membership = 40 new members 30+ Powerhouse Kidz Ministry attendance 30+ Elevate Student's Ministry attendance 10 small groups established by year-end 2011 As growth goals are met, the completion of Family Life Center by Fall 2011 50+ Prayer ministry partners 5,000 hits on the website Record monthly average tithes Record missions giving In all things Give the Glory to God
