Organisations in the UK consuming over 6000MWh of electricity per annum in the qualification year of 2008 will be taxed for the carbon dioxide emissions that are attributable to energy consumption. The optima Utility Billing System module is a fully auditable energy accounting system for validating and managing the payment of invoices received in either electronic or paper form.
