Owl Claims PPI Pack Thank you for downloading the Owl Claims Payment Protection Insurance pack. This pack contains all you need to begin your claim. Please print this document, fill in the blue boxes and return the signed pages along with a copy of your original loan agreement to us at: Owl Claims Hewmar House 120 London Road Gloucester GL1 3PL Explanation of Documents 1. Client Care Letter: The purpose of this letter is to explain the process of your case. There are a number of items contained which we need to make you aware of from a regulatory perspective. However, the underlying fact is that this is a No Win-No Fee agreement. Please keep this for your own records, there is no need to return it to us. 2. Payment Protection Insurance Questionnaire: This helps us to review your case and determine the extent of your claim. Please answer all the questions honestly and then sign and date the document in the box at the bottom of the page. If there are two names on the agreement, both people must sign the document otherwise this will delay your claim. Please return this to us. We will take a photocopy of this document to keep in your files. 3. Contingency Fee Agreement: This is your agreement with us, Owl Claims (a trading name of Owl Solutions Limited), which relates to the 25% charge at the end of your case should you win. Please sign and date the document in the box at the bottom of the page. If there are two names on the account, both people must sign the document otherwise this will delay your claim. Please return this to us. We will take a photocopy of this document to keep in your files. Whilst we appreciate that there is a lot of information to take in, the sooner you return all the relevant documents signed and dated the quicker we can start with your claim.

Client Care Letter Your Claim to Recover Financial Charges Owl Claims will be acting on your behalf to recover the unlawful charges placed upon various Accounts that you hold with financial institutions. We aim to provide an efficient and professional service as experts in this field. The attached set of forms relate to your claim. Please sign each of the forms in the boxes at the end of each document. If there are two named people on the relevant account, they must also sign the document in the second signature space. You should also enter the relevant account number for each of the accounts. Please note that from the date we receive your completed documentation, we would hope to resolve your claim within 4 to 5 months. You should therefore complete and return all of the signed documentation as soon as possible in order for us to proceed promptly with your case. We will always contact you prior to accepting any offer put forward by the relevant financial institution so that you can confirm acceptance of that offer. For the avoidance of any doubt, we only charge 25% plus VAT of any monies that we recover on your behalf. There are no other charges for our services. Contingency Fee Agreement This is a legally binding Agreement between the Parties named below. BETWEEN: You, the Client(s): Ref. No: And We, Owl Solutions Limited, Hewmar House, 120 London Road, Gloucester GL1 3PL 1. This Agreement regulates our costs in dealing with your claim for excessive charges against your Loan and or your Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) Provider. 2. You will only have to pay our costs if we recover those excessive charges from your Loan and or Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) Provider. If we do recover those above charges, our costs will be 25%, plus VAT of the excessive charges recovered. 3. There are three likely outcomes of your case, where the following will apply; a. where your loan is already repaid, we will recover an actual repayment of your premium plus interest, in this instance you will pay to us 25% plus VAT of the recovered element; * b. where your loan is repaid in part and there is outstanding PPI, we will recover an actual repayment of the PPI and the remainder of the loan will be written off, you will pay to us 25% plus VAT of the whole recovery and written off element; * and c. where your loan is fully written off, as it is larger than the PPI element, you will pay to us 25% plus VAT of the written off element * 4. This Agreement will stay in force until it is terminated by either us or you. It will be automatically terminated when your claim is settled either by way of negotiation or Court process. 5. It is a condition of this Agreement that you provide us with prompt and clear instructions. If you fail to do so, despite two written requests, we may end this Agreement. 6. We may also terminate this Agreement if we inform you that it would not be advisable to pursue your claim any further. Provided you have co-operated with us, as outlined above, you will not be liable to pay us any costs if this is the case. 7. If you decline to accept our advice in relation to the acceptability of an offer made by the other party, we may accept the offer on your behalf if we fail to receive your written response within 28 days of the date of our letter advising you of such an offer. 8. If the agreement is terminated under either clauses 4 and 5 above, then we have the right to preserve our lien (hold) over all your files until any money owed to us under this agreement is paid in full. We receive 25%, plus VAT, that is 881.25. b. You have a 3,000.00 loan written off and 2000.00 repayment. You owe to us 25% plus VAT of the written off element 881.25. ** You receive 1,412.50. We receive 25% plus VAT, which is 587.50 (for the PPI). c. You have a 3000.00 loan written off. You owe to us 25% plus VAT of the written off element 881.25. ** ** Should this become applicable Owl Solutions Ltd will offer a reduced payment of up to 50% for early full payment, should this not be possible Owl Solutions Ltd will agree to take monthly payments by way of Direct Debit which will not exceed your current loan repayments nor incur any interest charged.
