In order to build a foundation, we ll bring your team in for a multi-day planning sessions to walk through the entire project and create detailed blueprints. ENVELOPE DIN C5 User Stories User stories is at the core of our development process. We ll work closely with your team to create and prioritize stories - scenarios with a beginning, middle and end that address a real business issue - anything from a customer purchasing a product to collecting user data. These stories allow us to break down the project into small, measurable iterations. You ll be able to see exactly what s done, what s coming up and what s being worked on at any given moment. This phase will allow us to optimize the budget for your priorities and help deliver the best product possible. ENVELOPE STANDART Design Once we have our wireframes and stories, you ll work directly with our designers to create detailed mockups of key pages. Through a few rounds of revisions, we ll narrow down a few creative concepts into the final designs. Once we ve finalized the key pages, the designs are sent to our developers so that creative is always one step ahead of development. Sometimes, key pages are all that is required and we continue designing within the browser as we stay agile and adjust to your changing needs. 11
PRESENTATION FOLDER Development Here s where the magic happens. With the final creative, our development team transforms the user stories into functional products. You will see each iteration of the project developed and full realized as the overall project develops. While some projects require a full completion for launch, others will be launched as a minimum viable product, with each succeeding iteration (1-2 week cycle) adding new features and functionality. This allows us to get your project live and in production months earlier. Likewise, we can stay agile and adopt to the evolving landscape as your project develops. 12
