Erasmus in Estonia Estonia joined with Erasmus program in 1998 10 HEI started activities with Erasmus program in 1999/2000 study year At the moment we have 25 HEI who participate in Erasmus program 18 of them situate in our capital Tallinn, 5 in Tartu, 1 in Võru and 1 in Lääne-Virumaa Tartu Health Care College joined with Erasmus program in 2004/2005 study year

Tartu Health Care College Tartu Health Care College gives professional higher education in the health care domain College has 6 curricula of professional higher education: nurse, midwife, physiotheraphy, environmental health specialist, bioanalytic, radiography and 2 curricula of vocational education: careworker and baby sitter. Erasmus in Tartu Health Care College (outgoing students) Each curriculum consist up to 40 % practice this in one of the reasons why we joined with Erasmus program in 2004/2005 aslo to offer our students to get experiences from Europe 2 % of all our higher education curricula students have used Erasmus placement between 2004-2009 we wish to increse it Most famous countries of destination are Finland (26%), Bulgaria (23%) and Italy (20%) Most active currucula are nursing (46%), radiography (21%) and physiotheraphy (18%)

Erasmus in Tartu Health Care College (incoming students) In 5 years we have recived 25 students from our partner HEI (8 from Bulgaria; 4 from Latvia, Spain, Finland; 3 from Portugal; 2 from Italy) 12 from incoming students where from radiographery curriculum, 8 from nurse, 2 from environmenthal health, 2 from midwifery and 1 from bioanalytics

Good things we can offer to your students when they come to our college to do practise When incoming student arrives to Tartu he/she will be welcomed by college Development department or college Student Union. All incomming student get their personal english speaking supervisor at hospital and student-tutor from college We can offer very good accommodation in our Student Hostel (64 EUR per month)
