INTRODUCTION Dragon Fine Art has been appointed by Photo Shanghai as the official agent for transport, customs clearance and on- site handling for the coming Fair. Dragon Fine Art is also the recommended freight forwarder by the organiser for overseas transportation and handling of exhibits. Please be reminded that all exhibition cargo bound for Photo Shanghai must be customs cleared by Dragon Fine Art under the official exhibition license. We strongly suggest exhibitors do not arrange their own freight forwarding, as exhibitors may be subject to penalties from the Chinese customs authorities. Full information and instructions are enclosed to help you ensure the correct dispatch of goods and associated documents for this show. Please read these carefully and comply accordingly. Non- compliance will cause unnecessary delay in customs clearance and exhibitors may incur additional charges. Agents For the sake of efficiency and economy, we encourage galleries to ship their exhibits through Dragon Fine Art s overseas branches or nominated agents, specialists in art freight forwarding. Please find the contact details enclosed or send us individual request for those countries not listed. To help the exhibitors save on shipping costs, Dragon Fine Art will set up various consolidation points both in Europe and US. Exhibitors are encouraged to join consolidated shipments. Please contact us for details. 5 of 23

Please note any artworks that are not submitted by this date or do not pass censorship will not be granted entry to China for Photo Shanghai. Please refer to the Exhibitor Manual for the form and information on how to submit your censorship list. Kindly note that censorship approval will take a minimum of 20 working days from the day it is submitted to the Chinese authorities. Please make sure the shipping agent in your country is aware of this time frame to meet the cargo- receiving deadline in Shanghai. A PDF with the final list of works approved by the Bureau will be sent to you after receiving the final notification from the bureau. VERY IMPORTANT: Please look at this list carefully, making sure you pay attention to the pictures, dimensions, material and value of the works declared as this have to match the packing list with the final works being shipped to China. Book Censorship Books can be shipped to China prior censorship approval by the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture, Radio, Film & TV (below shorted by the Bureau ). 8 of 23

Please do not include books in the artwork censorship list. Books for display purposes Books for display purposes can be shipped to China with the crated artworks or hand carried. Only one book of each kind is allowed to be imported for display purpose on a temporary basis. Please mark the books as books for display purposes, complete and sign FORM 16 BOOK GUARANTEE LETTER (Page 55 of the Exhibitor Manual) and return it by the 15 th July 2015 to binbin.xu@dragonfineart.com / tony.wang@dragonfineart.com Books for sale Any books for sale at Photo Shanghai, entering Mainland China, must be imported on a permanent basis with a non- refundable tax rate of 17%. This can be arranged through Dragon Fine Art. Please ensure any books for sale are sent to China in a separate shipment from the artworks, as mixed media can delay crates at customs. In order to obtain censorship approval please send TWO copies of each book to Mr. Binbin Xu by 15 th August 2015 Promotional Material ALL VISUAL PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (TAPES, VIDEO TAPES, FILMS, CD, VCD, DVD, ETC) ARE NOT RECOMMENDED TO SHIP DUE TO COMPLICATED CLEARANCE PROCEDURE. Any promotional material for distribution on site has to be submitted for approval to the Chinese authorities. Please send two samples of each catalogue, leaflet, video etc. to Dragon Fine Art on or before the date stipulated in the Time Schedule. The approval of promotional material and quantities that can be distributed as well as assessment of tax and duties is subject to the Authorities decision. The censorship approval usually takes 3 4 working days. Late submission will result in late approval. Please follow the deadline on Page 5 so you will have enough time to organise shipping once censorship is completed. When Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Macau is mentioned in these promotional materials, the exhibitors should avoid using any expression of interpreting those places in the position equivalent to a country. If you wish to ship and distribute periodicals/newspapers at the fair please contact Binbin Xu for assistance. 9 of 23

EXHIBITION DOCUMENTS FOR CUSTOMS All exhibitors are requested to send to Dragon Fine Art or the nominated agent, the complete Packing List (see appendix) according to our TIME SCHEDULE. Customs Clearance will be preceded according to the Packing List submitted to Dragon Fine Art, both for exhibition opening and closing. The packing list shall include: Name of the artworks/exhibits Artist of the artworks/exhibits Material Quantity Value Dimensions of the artworks/exhibits Picture of the artwork The information of the artworks in the packing list must correspond to that in the approved artwork list by the Cultural Bureau. Any promotional materials catalogues, souvenirs, samples, and visual aids must also be included in the packing list precisely, such as contents, quantity, unit price, total price, way of disposal, etc. VERY IMPORTANT: Hand- carried exhibits brought to the exhibition must also be declared, but separately from shipped works. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE Dragon Fine Art will undertake clearance and inspection, for both inbound and outbound movement in Shanghai, on behalf of the exhibitors. This applies for all international shipments whether they are shipped by Dragon Fine Art or by the galleries own shipping agent. Please note that customs inspection will be conducted on the exhibition site to avoid repeated unpacking and repacking procedures of the cases. VERY IMPORTANT: Exhibitors representative(s) must be present on site when customs inspection is being conducted to supervise the unpacking, hanging, positioning, installing, and repacking of the exhibits. Dragon Fine Art will not be responsible for any delay in these procedures due to the representatives late arrival or the absence of exhibitors 10 of 23

advance explicit instruction. Please provide a working mobile number to the Dragon Fine Art representative in advance. No exhibits may be removed from the Shanghai Exhibition Centre without the Authorities approval and necessary documentation through Dragon Fine Art. HAND- CARRIED EXHIBITS We do not encourage galleries to hand- carry artworks into China. However, should this be the case, exhibitors must submit all works for censorship on the 1st June and their packing list and flight number 15 days prior arrival. The packing list must correspond to the approved censorship list. Dragon Fine Art will apply for a customs seal and arrange a pick up service at the airport. It is crucial to inform Dragon Fine Art of both the inbound and the outbound flight numbers in advance. Any sold piece must be customs cleared before the rest of the hand- carried artworks are allowed to fly with you. Dragon Fine Art requires at least two working days to obtain a customs seal for the unsold artworks to return. Contact Dragon Fine Art with ample time to arrange clearance for inbound and outbound flights. SOLD EXHIBITS Once an artwork is sold during the Fair, the exhibitor should approach the Dragon Fine Art on- site office to complete the necessary customs and permanent importation formalities. VERY IMPORTANT: Under NO circumstances may any temporarily imported cargo be removed from the halls of the SEC without completing the relevant customs formalities with Dragon Fine Art. Dragon Fine Art will require some general information from the gallery and the buyer such as: Buyer s Name and Surname: Address: Contact number: Artworks staying in China VERY IMPORTANT: Once all information and payment for sold artworks has been submitted, the permanent import procedure usually takes 25 working days to finish 11 of 23

including license, customs clearance for permanent importation, quarantine inspection and customs duty payment. Late customs duty payment may prolong the procedure. Roughly 26% of the declared value will be levied as tax and duty (including VAT) for all sold artworks. The tax and duty percentage given by the customs when any particular artwork is sold will be referred to as the final and precise rate. For applying for permanent importation for works staying in China, Dragon Fine Art will need the following information. High resolution Picture of the Artwork Dimensions Year of creation Artwork Title Name of Artist Medium/Material Once again all the above information must correspond to that included in the approved artwork list by the Cultural Bureau. Works being shipped to other countries Upon submission of all information and payment for sold artworks, the whole procedure usually takes 15 working days to finish including customs clearance for export, space booking and inspection. Please note the availability of flight space and the time of Dragon Fine Art receiving the payment may influence the whole procedure. VERY IMPORTANT: As the first week of October coincides with the National Holiday in China and the air freight industry enters the high season, flights may be full and rates more expensive, particularly between 1 st and 7 th October. This may influence the whole procedure for return shipping as well. However, Dragon Fine Arts will advise you on rates and delays before proceeding. For additional information on rates see the Service and Rates for Handling of Exhibits section below. RETURN OF EXHIBITS All exhibits planned to be returned to the gallery will be arranged only when all customs clearance procedures are completed. The time required before exhibits departure from Shanghai after close of the exhibition depends largely on the availability of return flights as well as the date of the flights. Therefore exhibitors are advised to notify Dragon Fine Art of the desired return date of their exhibits in advance and proceed to do the payment so that flights will be booked with plenty of time. 12 of 23

Dragon Fine Art will provide an estimate return fare with the inbound quote as a reference. Please bear in mind that the shipping and delivery of crates will only be possible once payment reaches Dragon Fine Art bank account (See PAYMENT). We strongly encourage exhibitors to either pay cash or do a bank transfer on the first working day after the end of the Fair to avoid delays with the shipping. Dragon Fine Art will work diligently to finish the return procedures within the shortest time possible. VERY IMPORTANT: As the first week of October coincides with a National Holiday in China and the air freight industry enters the high season then flights will be more occupied and rates more expensive, particularly between 1 st and 7 th October. This may also influence the whole procedure for return shipping. QUARANTINE INSPECTION AND FUMIGATION Treatment / Fumigation Standard: Wooden packing materials must be treated by Heat Treatment (HT) or Methyl Bromide (MB) fumigation at the export countries, cities, or districts, and marked with IPPC (sample shown as below) on two opposite sides. The Mark should contain the valid symbol approved by IPPC, country code, unique number of producer / treatment designated by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) in exporting countries and treatment methods (HT, or MB) If the wooden packing materials does not bear the official mark of IPPC or is with the mark but has unqualified treatment, it will create problems for customs clearance and thus cause delay for delivering the exhibits to the exhibition site. VERY IMPORTANT: It is mandatory that all wooden cases for packing must bear the IPPC mark. Applied Countries, Cities, and Districts: All countries / Cities (Including Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan) Applied Scopes: All non- processed wooden packing materials used to carry, pack, pad and support, and reinforce the goods, such as, but not limit to, wooden case, crate, pallet, frame, beam, skid, wedge, sleeper and pad. 13 of 23

Sample of Mark PACKING OF EXHIBITS The cases must be strong enough to avoid damage during transportation as well as unpacking and in particular be suitable for repacking and for sale or return movement after the exhibition. It is advisable that the gross weight of individual package is between a few hundred kilogram and 2 tons. The exhibitor shall be responsible for the consequences of improper packing. After the Fair, all works (sold and unsold) must be packed in their original crates and left at the stand for Dragon Fine Art collection. All works will be sent to Dragon Fine Art warehouse where they will be re- organized. Please bear in mind that at this stage Dragon Fine Art might need to build additional crates in order to ship works to buyers. For costs on packing and packing materials see the SERVICES AND RATES FOR HANDLING OF EXHIBITS section below. HEAVY / OVER- SIZED EXHIBITS Exhibitors with heavy exhibits must arrive on- site early and direct the actual positioning of heavy exhibits. The surcharges for heavy / over- sized exhibits will be levied as per our tariff. If a mobile crane or forklift is required for installation of equipment, including removing wooden bases, the exhibitor should send their detailed requirements to Dragon Fine Art. For quotation of hiring such equipment, please contact Dragon Fine Art office. A detailed layout should also be provided to Dragon Fine Art for better on- site operation. If neither layout nor instruction has been given to Dragon Fine Art in advance, exhibits will be delivered and placed arbitrarily on the stand. Extra charges for repositioning of the exhibits incurred are at the exhibitor s expenses. It is imperative to mount the heavy exhibit firmly on a sturdy base with skid in order to protect the exhibit while being hoisted and positioned. Exhibits should be displayed on the base. Otherwise, a surcharge will be incurred for removing the base from heavy exhibits. The 14 of 23

case for heavy exhibits should be constructed so that the sides are fixed by bolts rather than by nails or screws. This will prevent the case from being damaged during unpacking and will save considerable time, especially during the exhibition closing. Please mark the front side of the case clearly to ensure correct positioning. CASE MARKING All packages must be clearly marked on at least 3 sides: NAME OF EXHIBITION: Photo Shanghai NAME OF EXHIBITOR: HALL NO. / STAND NO.: CASE NO: (1/UP) GROSS WEIGHT: NET WEIGHT: DIMENSIONS: (KILO) (KILO) (L x W x H CMS) Please also mark "FRONT" or "BACK" & "CENTRE OF GRAVITY" on packages as well. INSURANCE Please be reminded Dragon Fine Art' tariff is calculated on the basis of volume or weight and has no correlation with the value of exhibits, therefore no insurance has been covered in Dragon Fine Art service rates and all work is undertaken at owner's risk. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to cover nail to nail, round trip, all risks Marine (Transport) Insurance including the exhibition period and return of the exhibits to domicile and the period the exhibits are handled by Dragon Fine Art, preferably through a company who has an agent in Shanghai. The exhibitor should also bring a copy of the insurance policy to China. It will be necessary in case the exhibitor intends to claim for damage or loss in China. Please also note that the Exhibitor Insurance required by the organiser does not cover for damage or loss of artworks. 15 of 23

PAYMENT All invoices will be issued in USD. We recommend galleries to transfer the money in USD as this will speed the bank transfer. The bank account details will be sent with the invoice. a) For Inbound Movement and Closing of Exhibition After the exhibitors receive the artworks at the booth, payment will be required to be made to Dragon Fine Art before the close of the exhibition. b) For Return Shipment Return shipment will be effective and / or Bills of Lading (BoL) will be released upon receipt of payment. Please note that Dragon Fine Art will take credit card payments on site for return shipments and deliveries. If you opt for doing a bank transfer instead make sure you organise this with plenty of time to avoid delays on shipping/delivery. CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS a) All information is subject to change by organizer information. b) All transactions are subject to the standard trading conditions of Shanghai Dragon Fine Art Freight Co., Ltd (copies available on request from the company) and which in certain cases exclude or limit the company s liability. A- Z DIRECTORY Airwaybill The air waybill is the most important document issued by a carrier either directly or through its authorised agent. It is a non- negotiable transport document. It covers transport of cargo from airport to airport. Bills of Lading (BoL) Bills of Lading (BoL) is a document issued by a carrier which details a shipment of merchandise and gives title of that shipment to a specified party. Bills of lading are one of three important documents used in international trade to help guarantee that exporters receive payment and importers receive merchandise. Full container load (FCL) and Less- than- container load (LCL) A full container load (FCL) is an ISO standard container that is loaded and unloaded under the risk and account of one shipper and only one consignee. It means that the whole container is intended for one consignee. Less- than- container load (LCL) is a shipment that is not large enough to fill a standard cargo container. House and Master AWBs and BLs A freight forwarder offering a consolidation service, will issue its own air waybill or bill of lading. From now on AWB will be used to refer to both. This is called a Forwarder's or House AWB with its equivalent House BL. These act as contracts of carriage between the shipper and the forwarder, who in this case becomes a Deemed Carrier. The forwarder in turn enters into contracts with one or more carriers, often using more than one mode of transportation. The contract of carriage between the forwarder and carrier is called a Master Air Way Bill ( MAWB or MBL). A House Air Waybill (HAWB) or Bill of Lading (HBL) could act as a multimodal transport document. 23 of 23
