Tracker Client is a map program that can be installed on any dispatching computer without limitations. The program includes the perfect and detailed NAVTEQ cartography covering all West and Central European countries. The user can either purchase the complete map file or choose individual countries. The minimum requirements for the PC are: Pentium 2.5 GHz, 512 MB RAM, 128 MB Video Card, 40 GB HDD, Internet connection (64 kbit/sec.). The program can be installed on the same computer as the Tracker Server program. The Tracker Client program enables operators to track and supervise individual vehicles on-line, to evaluate the alarm signal received from a car and to send a message to the terminal or to establish voice communication provided that the communication terminal is connected to the mobile unit in the car. The program enables operators to change parameters in the unit remotely in order to adjust its behaviour. The required outputs of the unit can also be switched on remotely. The list of vehicles accessible for the given user are clearly displayed using the tree structure and further divided by individual companies, divisions or business units. To display their current positions, simply enter the selected vehicle or a group of vehicles in the map. The following data are registered for each individual vehicle: Current state of the given vehicle state of connection, direction (heading) and speed and the address of the position on the map. Current state of the given journey setting off on the journey, keeping the planned route, duration and location of the last break, the driver s name and phone number, the type of journey (business/private). Vehicle properties picture of the vehicle, licence number, type of vehicle, loading capacity, utility and total weight. Vehicle data number, company, division, contact data to the vehicle administrator. Log book in the text form clearly divided by days and journeys. The log book contains data on each individual journey collected automatically from the vehicle unit, (time: from to, from where to, via, distance, time, speedometer, type of journey) and other editable data such as: driver, purpose and type of journey and remarks. History a detailed report covering all events in the unit and all values measured in the vehicle. Selected journeys can be displayed on the map and the vehicle can be tracked and monitored point by point. The points where the speed was exceeded are highlighted red. The intelligent algorithm displays the individual points of the given journey per 200 metres at low speed of the vehicle and per up to 2 kilometres at high speed of the vehicle. This enables the System to display the route perfectly with minimum demands for data transfer or the memory capacity of the unit.

The mobile programmable unit is supplied (as default) with the configuration preset according to the accessories selected. Any changes in the setting can easily be made through SMS or with the Control Panel program. Connection with the unit is either local (cable) or remote (via the GSM network). INSTRUCTIONS AND ACTIONS The configuration of the LEVEL GB 060 Communicator enables operators to preset the actions which will be triggered on detecting the binary input activity, on reaching a speed or a temperature limit, on reaching a limit analog value of the given input, on detecting the key log-in or log-out activity, on passing through the circle preset on the map, on driving the preset distance, on ringing through from the preset phone numbers, on reaching the planned time of the given action, on resetting the unit, on the power supply drop-out and restoration, on switching on the memory of the report, on a short-circuit at the output, on reaching the minimum credit,...etc. The preset action can also be triggered, permitted or banned by an incoming short message containing the name of the action. Each preset action may contain several individual instructions, for example: to make a call, to send a short message, to write a message into a report, to switch on the output, to log-out a key, to start a timer, to decrease consumption, to permit another action,... etc. With the help of this algorithm, the required behaviour of the unit can easily be configured to meet even very special requirements of the customers. AUTOALARM WIRELESS CARDFLEET MANAGEMENT & SECURITY SYSTEM The LEVEL GB 060 unit can also function as a highly effective silent autoalarm which means that the GB060 unit can provide very comfortable and automatic car security. When unauthorized handling or operating the vehicle (banking, opening the bonnet, starting up the engine, movements in the car or in the cab etc.), the GB 060 communication unit finds out whether the wireless authorization ID card is within the reach. If the card is not detected, a silent alarm is activated by sending alarm messages to preset cellphone numbers (owners of the vehicle, drivers) or to the GSM modem of the supervising head office. Here, the message is immediately evaluated and automatic actions are triggered in order to display the vehicle on the map and to solve the alarm state. THE HI-JACK FUNCTION The alarm is provided with the Hi-Jack function to trigger the alarm automatically if the vehicle is moved out of the reach of the ID card. EAVESDROPPING AND BLOCKING THE ENGINE REMOTELY Both the driver and the supervising head office can eavesdrop the cab of the vehicle in case of the alarm through the hidden microphone.
