Mission Statement My mission is to provide my clients with quality financial services and advice, tailored to the individual s goals. Page 2

Value Statement I am committed to providing value to the client by listening to their needs and objectives. I initially provide a detailed review of the client s current financial situation. It is important to have a clear understanding of a client s risk tolerance to aid in developing a personalized wealth management plan. I will make suitable recommendations consistent with a specific investment philosophy and discipline. I am available to educate and counsel clients, providing them with an informed understanding of their investments in all market conditions. I also perform periodic reviews of the client s investment holdings, review changes in needs and circumstances, and periodically review progress toward long-term goals. Finally, I am committed to maintaining a high level of service and I expect to exceed the client s expectations. Page 3

Investment Philosophy Central to my Investment Philosophy is an extensive Wealth Management Planning process. The design and development of this process involves working very closely with each client to establish and understand each individual s goals. It also affords the client an opportunity to interact with and become comfortable working with each member of our team. I believe that a thorough client understanding of the Wealth Management Planning Process is key to implementing those strategies that will assist and support the creation, growth and preservation of wealth. As part of a long-term financial strategy, each plan is reviewed on a yearly basis. This allows me to accurately assess the client s current life circumstances and assure that the Wealth Management Plan adequately reflects any changes. Page 4

Wealth Management Plan At SWBC, We believe planning is the key to long-term financial success. That is why SWBC emphasizes the Wealth Management Plan to help us make informed decisions as we work together toward your many financial needs and goals. Our report provides a personalized, written analysis that addresses key aspects of your financial situation. It provides an excellent view of where you are today and shows how you are progressing toward your financial goals, based on your current savings and investment strategies. Once your Wealth Management Plan is completed, we will help you develop strategies to work toward meeting your goals. Working together, we can readily assess the impact of alternative planning strategies on your financial situation. Will I be able to afford retirement? Am I paying too much in taxes? How much money will I need to fund my children s education? Will we be able to buy that dream home? Will my assets pass to my heirs the way I would like them to? Will I become financially responsible for my parents or relatives? Is there an organization or charity to which I intend to endow part of my estate? Page 9
